I believe that businessmen will agree with me, in case I say that accounting by a large staff of professionals is an unacceptable luxury for a small company. In this case, accounting services are a more convenient method for keeping different documents in order (the expected delivery of reports). Frankly, accounting has always been a weak link in our firm. Once, tired of the continuing difficulties with the funds, I decided not to save any more on bookkeeping. I still could not pay the bookkeeping, although I could calmly apply for support to a specialized company that provides accounting support. As it turned out, this is not so expensive, despite the fact that I spent much more for the maintenance of 2 permanent specialists than I spend today, receiving the services of an outside firm.

Now I'm used to not worry about the quality of accounting papers. Even when the irreparable happens, it is always possible to perform the restoration of the account, for an additional payment, by itself. Fortunately, that today there was no such need. The process of restoring accounting is a painstaking job, so it is worth a lot, although sometimes there is simply no way out.

But back to today's situation. I do not like surprises, whatever they are, so I got used to ordering audits in my company several times a year. Not always, but nevertheless auditor check allows to show miscalculations and dangers in the accounting documentation. And repeatedly the audit helped my company avoid serious fines from the state services. In general, a preventive accounting audit is important, since it allows you to learn from your own mistakes without difficult outcomes. Having passed four such audits, I began to orient myself in accounting, which allows me to more effectively produce managerial functions.

For many, accounting auditing sounds like an indictment. Do not be afraid of it. In the event that everything is left to chance, it will be much more difficult when the time comes for tax or fund verification. This is my opinion, but I am convinced that it is correct!
