"Bloody sport": actors. A universal scenario for an action movie

The main character has a noble goal - winning the tournament and giving honor to his teacher who has lost his son. Frank has a friend Ray Jackson (Donald Gibb), and the enemy appears - Chong Li (Bolo Yen) - the main contender for victory in the tournament and holder of all major records of the competition. The expected turn of the plot: the main rival meets with Frank's friend and almost cripples him. So there is a universal motive for almost all fighters in this genre - revenge. The main character must avenge a friend.

Then everything happens as if pumped: Frank goes to victory. In the finals, he, of course, first loses, he almost kills in the ring Chong Li, and then he defeats the villain on moral and strong-willed qualities and makes him surrender, thus the scoundrel Chong Li completely loses power, and good triumphs over the victory over evil.
