Biography of Roxane Babayan: the path to fame

Roxana Babayan's biography begins in Tashkent, where she was born in May 1946. Sang Roxana from the very childhood and dreamed after school to make a singing career. However, the father was against, and the girl became a student of the construction faculty of the Tashkent Railway Institute.

Roxana Babayan, whose biography was supplemented by such facts as participation in the "Bratislava Lyre" (1979) and Cuban variety festivals (1982-1983), begins to collaborate with a group of vocalists of the company "Melody" under the leadership of Boris Frumkin.

1977 - the debut of the singer in the contest "Song-77" and the beginning of solo performances. Her repertoire is "female" themes, a stage with elements of jazz. Artistry, beauty and a unique voice made Roxanne popular. For her, famous composers and poets begin to write songs: V. Matetsky, L. Voropaeva, A. Levin, N. Levinovsky, V. Dobrynin, G. Garanyan, V. Dorokhin. The singer began to actively tour.

In 1983, Roksana Babayan's biography was marked by the receipt of an external diploma on higher education - administrative and economic (GITIS). In 1987, the singer was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the RSFSR.

Biography Roksana Babayan personally underwent changes in the 1980s - she met Mikhail Derzhavin. He invited her to his friend's birthday, where the singer met all the friends of the famous actor: Eldar Ryazanov, Andrei Mironov, Mark Zakharov and many others. As Roxanne later learned, it was a sort of "lookout." Friends said: "We must take." Since then, they have been together - Mikhail Derzhavin and Roxana Babayan. Biography, children, success - everything is now for them for two. They are difficult to imagine without each other, they have lived together for more than 20 years. Derzhavin has a daughter Masha from the previous marriage, there are no joint children with the spouses.

In 1991, Roxanne's song "East - a delicate matter" was drawn animated clip (for the first time in our country), which was directed by Alexander Gorlenko. 1996 was marked by the release of Babayan's first CD entitled "Enchantments of Sorcery".

Roxana Babayan, whose biography includes not only a singing career, also starred in such films as "My Sailor", "The New Odeon", "The Groom from Miami", "The Third Not Extra" and others. There was a singer and TV presenter - in the 1990's she was conducting the program "Breakfast with Roxana".

In the late 1990's, the singer decided to quietly for all to complete her creative career, without conducting farewell concerts. She again goes to study - now to the humanities and, having received the third diploma, defends the candidate on the topic of personality problems during the adolescent period. Also Roxana is the chairman of the League for the Protection of Animals.
