This statement is not entirely correct. What are the benefits to the participants in the hostilities? Earlier it was possible without problems to get land in the ownership of the state. The only exceptions were sites in Moscow and St. Petersburg. But in connection with some changes, the participants of the fighting and their families lost the opportunity to get a free site. Since 2005, citizens can acquire land on general grounds - by buying it from the municipality, and by participating in auctions.

But do not despair. Benefits of combatants are still provided for obtaining land for the construction of a house. There are separate categories of veterans who have reserved this right. They are knights of the Order of Glory, as well as Heroes of the Russian Federation or the USSR.

3. Citizens who have served or participated to some extent in military operations in Afghanistan, as well as in the Chechen Republic.
4. People serving Russian military units on the territory of foreign states.
5. Persons who worked in Afghanistan from 1979 (December) to 1989 (December) year. At the same time the military must work out a certain period or be dismissed early for good reasons.

Pensions

Taxes

A more important point is the payment of taxes. From them, as a rule, no one can be released. But at the same time tax privileges are levied on participants of military operations. Which ones?

First, with official employment, you can make a so-called tax deduction. At usual participants it makes 500 rubles, at invalids - 3000. Allows to reduce the sum of paid income tax.

It should also be noted that these categories of persons are completely exempted from property penalties. This means that annual payments in the form of tax charges for a property owned by a citizen will not have to be paid.

Provisions are provided for transport tax for combatants. The fact is that often he is simply freed from it. Either citizens pay a transport tax with a large discount - up to 90%. Sometimes even more. It all depends on the region of residence.

Benefits to combatants of ATO or any other on the above list do not end. In the Russian Federation, no one is exempt from land tax. Therefore, you should pay attention to it. Veterans and war participants are offered to reduce the amount of land tax paid. How exactly? Citizens are entitled to a kind of deduction equal to 10,000 rubles. This amount reduces the cost of land when calculating the tax. Accordingly, the final payment also becomes smaller.

Accomodation

For the employed
