Carp, baked in the oven entirely, is a wonderful dish that can be prepared for Sunday lunch. There are different options for cooking fish: with potatoes, sour cream, cheese. We suggest studying some recipes.

Bake carp in the oven with sour cream and potatoes

You can buy carp at any fish store or on the market. It is worth it inexpensively. This makes the dishes from it as accessible to everyone as possible. Ingredients:

  • Big carp - 1 piece;
  • Several tubers of potatoes (4-5) of medium size;
  • Onion head;
  • Sour cream of any fat content of 200 ml;
  • A piece of butter (about 100 grams);
  • The cheese is grated with a mass of 130 grams.

Peel the fish. Cut it along and remove the entrails. Carouse rinse well. Using a sharp knife, make transverse incisions across the carp. The distance between them should be about half a centimeter. This is to allow small bones to bake well.

Peel potatoes and onions. Cut the vegetables into rings. In a bowl, melt the butter (you can put it in the microwave). Mix it with sour cream. Grate the cheese on the grater.

On the baking sheet lay the onion "pillow", on it - the carp, on it - again a layer of onions, pour over the creamy-sour mixture. Slice the potatoes around the fish. Do not forget to grease the pan with oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with cheese.

In the stove, set the temperature to about 200 degrees. Bake the carp in the oven for 40 minutes. After that, we put the prepared fish on a plate, next place the slices of roasted potatoes. Sprinkle the dish with herbs and serve.

Carp mirror, baked in the oven

Fish, cooked according to this recipe, will turn out juicy, sweet and very tender. You will need:

  • A few (pieces 2-3) of small mirror carps with a total mass of 1.5 kg;
  • A couple of spoons of mayonnaise;
  • Half a lemon;
  • Peppers (mixture), salt.

Technology of preparation

Carp is gutted, scraped from the scales, remove the gills and the entrails. Rinse in water. Remove excess wipes. Salt the carcass, sprinkle with pepper, pour lemon juice (do it outside and inside). Cover the carp with mayonnaise. Prepene pre-cover with paper or oil. Preheat the stove to 180 degrees. Bake the carp in the oven for 40 minutes. There is a small trick: that the fish is well baked both outside and inside, put in her belly a few matches (without sulfur) or toothpicks (broken in half). Prepare the ready dish to the table with a garnish of potatoes, rice. Do not forget to decorate to your liking.

Carp baked in the oven in foil

Required products:

  • Carp (1 or more) with a total mass of 3 kg;
  • Bow - about 4-5 heads;
  • Garlic cloves - 3 pieces;
  • Ground ginger - half a spoon (tea);
  • Nutmeg half a spoon (tea);
  • salt.

Technology of preparation

Wash and gut the fish. Make a mixture of ginger, salt and walnut. Rub the carcass from the outside and inside. Spread the foil, put the fish into it and pour onion and garlic chopped into mugs.
