Dmitry Yakubovsky is a wealthy and prosperous businessman, born in early September 1963 in the small military town of Bolshevo, Moscow Region. His father was an ordinary lieutenant colonel, who served in the strategic missile forces, who suddenly died at the age of forty-two.
