Already on the 8th month of pregnancy, namely at 32 weeks, the fetus takes a pose upside down, which does not change until delivery. However, there are cases of fetal presentation down the buttocks, so gynecologists recommend performing some exercises in order for the child to be able to turn over himself. Usually the future child does not like such exercises at all, that's why he actively starts to move and turns over, thus, the pregnancy of 36-37 weeks is characterized by the presence of the correct position of the fetus.

In the penultimate month of pregnancy, women can experience constipation, there are increased discharge from the vagina, digestive disorders, pain in the back and limbs. Also often there are muscle spasms, varicose veins, insomnia, stomach itching. At 8 months of pregnancy, women develop colostrum, which is the first food of the child.

The end of the eighth - the beginning of the ninth month of pregnancy is characterized by the appearance of the child's respiratory and swallowing movements. All the systems of a small man develop, he prepares for independent breathing and breast sucking, as evidenced by sucking a finger. The baby fully formed lungs, heart, kidneys, as well as genitals. Since the 36th week of pregnancy, the fetus is considered full, so birth is not dangerous.

During this period, women may experience some discomfort associated with the work of the body. When the 36th week of pregnancy comes, swelling begins to bother a large number of expectant mothers. During this period there is frequent urination, there are difficulties with breathing. Since this week, the stomach begins to fall, so further breathing normalizes. However, there is pressure on the crotch and more frequent urination.

In the last month of pregnancy, in frequent cases, you can observe an increase in hair follicles in women due to the growth of hormones, this phenomenon usually occurs after childbirth.

Thus, when the 8th month of pregnancy comes, all the systems of the future child complete their formation and development. The kid looks like a newborn baby, his body is fully formed, and the nervous system continues to improve, so he is able to quickly learn and respond to sounds and light.

Many women at the end of pregnancy continue to experience discomfort, limbs swell, breathing becomes difficult, there is a disturbance of sleep as a result of inconvenience in choosing a position for sleep, vaginal discharge increases, urination frequency increases. Some future mothers experience dizziness and nausea. As the date of delivery approaches, these phenomena are weakened.

In the last months of pregnancy, you need to carefully consider the health and general condition of the future mother, she needs to often walk in the fresh air, exercise and eat right.
