Alexander Mikhailovich Lyubimov: biography, personal life, career

He can be called a reformer of the domestic television of the 90's. It was with his participation that it acquired a fundamentally new format. However, this man has proved himself both as a professional journalist, as an experienced producer, and as a talented TV presenter. Who is it? Naturally, Alexander Mikhailovich Lyubimov. Almost every spectator knows it. He created a unique in its kind TV channel VID, "revolutionary" for the 90's "Vzglyad" program, which raised topical and topical for all topics. Alexander Mikhailovich Lyubimov could become a brilliant diplomat, but his choice fell on television and he did not fail with him. What was the professional path of the innovator of domestic TV, and what he managed to achieve in the career? Let's consider this issue in more detail.

Years of childhood and adolescence

Alexander Lyubimov (date of birth: June 23, 1962) was born in the British capital. His father - Mikhail Petrovich served in foreign intelligence, then took up writing, and his mother - Ekaterina Pavlovna Vishnevskaya worked as a hypocrite in the Moscow Theater. Gogol. Alexander Lyubimov, whose family broke up when he was six years old, had a very versatile interest as a teenager. He gravitated both to the exact sciences (mathematics) and to the humanities (political science). Also, the young man was fond of sports and enjoyed listening to heavy rock. At the age of 14 he moved to a communal apartment and very early understood the price of money, because he himself began to earn it.

At the same time answering the questions of the presenter in the popular talk show "Alone with Everyone", Alexander Lyubimov emphasized that he was indifferent to wealth and money was never an end in itself for him. Anyway, but the diplomat's career could bring him both recognition and financial well-being.

The unsuccessful diplomat

After receiving the certificate of maturity, Alexander Mikhailovich Lyubimov successfully passed the entrance exams at MGIMO, choosing the faculty of international economic relations. The young man was able to master several foreign languages. At the same time in his student years, he periodically earns extra money to have pocket money.

The young man will receive the diploma of the prestigious university of capital in 1984. Alexander Lyubimov, whose biography is undoubtedly not devoid of interesting and noteworthy facts, was invited to work for a trade mission of the USSR, which is located in Denmark. It would seem an ideal start for a diplomat's career. But the young man refused this "tempting" proposal. He was much more attracted to the position in the State Committee on Television and Radio Broadcasting in the Broadcasting ("Radio of Moscow" in Danish). And he got to this institution, where he worked during the period from 1985 to 1987.

"Sight"

By participating in Yulia Menshova's current program "Alone with Everyone", Alexander Lyubimov stated that he did not at all expect to be able to make a career on television, because as a young man, he did not quite fit into the framework of the existing system.

In 1987, with the approval of Soviet officials, the youth editorial board of the central television station launched an odious project for the era of perestroika - the TV program Vzglyad. Many people worked on its creation, but the idea itself belonged to Anatoly Grigorievich Lysenko, who was an assistant to the head of the editorial board of the youth programs at the central television station. The first release of the program took place on October 2, 1987. The popularity rating of Vzglyada grew "as a leap". Of course, the program not only touches upon acute and painful topics, which were discussed live, but also shows music clips of famous representatives of the Soviet stage. Alexander Lyubimov, Vladislav Nikolayevich Listiev, Dmitry Veniaminovich Zakharov, Oleg Yurievich Vakulovsky were honored to be the leaders of the "innovative" product on TV. All of them worked in the Foreign Service. Then the journalist Alexander Vladimirovich Politkovsky joined the collective.

It can be said that Eduard Sagalayev (chief editor of the youth editorial board of the Central Television Station) issued a lucky ticket to these people, among whom was Alexander Lyubimov. How many years have passed since the first broadcast of "Vzglyad"? It's almost thirty. For the Soviet viewer, this project was a real exclusivity. However, according to the MGIMO graduate, the leaders received a small salary. To somehow make ends meet they had to tour the regions with creative evenings.

In the late 80's the collective of the leading ones was suspended from participation in the "Vzglyad". The reason for this was the criticism of one of the communists, stated in the newspaper "Soviet Russia". Its essence boiled down to "debunking" the successes of perestroika. But after a while, the previous hosts were able to return to their duties in the "Vzglyad" program.

Governing office

In the early 90's Anatoly Lysenko proposed to head the channel RTR, and he agrees. The head of the TV project "Vzglyad" is Alexander Lyubimov. How old was he at the time?

Only twenty-eight. But the young man felt himself to be able to cope with the posed in front of them. At the end of 1990, the structure of Vzglyada was reorganized. As a result, CJSC "TV Company VID" arose, combining two projects of VID and Vzglyad and others. So the first commercial association was born, which became an appendage of "Ostankino". But the very fact of "commercialization" led then the leadership of CG in indignation.

The project is closed

Soon the program "Vzglyad" suddenly disappears from the blue screens. The thing is that her employees wanted to show the protest resignation of the head of the Federal Foreign Minister Eduard Shevardnadze to the whole country, who did not like the new political course. However, the management of Ostankino did not allow such a step and the "slanderers" were forced to declare a boycott. The closure of the popular project provokes deep public resonance. The people wanted to continue to look "Look".

"From the Underground"

Alexander Politkovskiy and Alexander Lyubimov, whose biography is of interest to a large number of people, are applying to a lawsuit against the head of Ostankino, Leonid Kravchenko. They continue to shoot stories for Vzglyad, but already outside the federal channel. Soon on regional TV channels there is a continuation of the favorite program, which is called "The View from the Underground". The new project is initially financed by the company VID, and then the appropriation goes through the newly created structure of AOZT "A View from the Underground". But the company was soon liquidated, as the process of filming and replication was open and legal.

Political career

In the early 90's, Lyubimov Alexander Mikhailovich (journalist) decides to try his hand at politics and is running for People's Deputies of the RSFSR.

Luck accompanies him, and he goes to the legislature from the Tambov region. The TV presenter is a member of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR. Soon he initiates the establishment of the faction "Change - New Politics".

When the country experienced a coup, Alexander Lyubimov, Vladislav Listiev and Alexander Politkovskiy immediately began to cover the events unfolding at the White House.

At the end of 1991, the final release of the Vzglyad program was formally held. As a "servant of the people", the journalist existed until the autumn of 1993, after which the state structures of the Supreme Soviet and the Congress of People's Deputies were abolished.

Work in Ostankino

In 1992, Alexander Lyubimov ("Vzglyad") worked in the status of the head of the "Studio of international programs and video sharing" Ostankino. "

In the autumn of next year, shortly before the assault of the television center, the TV project Red Square is folded, while the graduate of MGIMO "transfers the reins" of the company to Vladislav Listiev, retaining the post of vice-president and the right to be a member of the Board of Directors.

New project

In 1994, there was a revival of the once popular "Vzglyad" program. After a while, Alexander Lyubimov (VID) launches a new project called "One on One". It is a "political show" in which opponents defend their point of view by entering into a sometimes heated debate. The popularity rating of the new program quickly began to gain momentum in 1995 during the elective company in the lower house of parliament of the II convocation. Many then remember the incident that occurred in the studio during a heated debate between Vladimir Zhirinovsky and Boris Nemtsov.

In the spring of 1995, Vladislav Listyev was killed, and Lyubimov had to again head the television company VID.

Preparation for the electoral campaign

After some time, Lyubimov Alexander Mikhailovich (journalist, nationality - Russian) decides to become a party to the electoral company of Boris Yeltsin. To do this, he goes to Harvard University (USA) and masters the training course on the program: "Election campaign manager and political consultant."

After that, he really organizes the work in Yeltsin's campaign headquarters, which in 1996, after the second round, became the Russian president.

ORT

Soon, Alexander Mikhailovich leaves the post of general director of the television company VID, which began to specialize in "entertaining" shows ("Guess the Melody", "Field of Miracles", etc.). After that, Lyubimov becomes an employee at ZAO "Public Russian Television" (ORT), receiving the post of consultant of the general producer of information programs Ksenia Ponomareva. The next step in his career is becoming a post. Director of socio-political broadcasting of ORT. Since the autumn of 1997, Alexander Lyubimov (TV presenter) was already appointed head of the Directorate of Informprogrammes and began to manage the program "Time". In these qualities he stayed until the spring of 1998, and after again returned to the TV company VID in the status of the head of the Board of Directors of this structure.

In 1998, MGIMO graduate launches another project "Here and Now". This is the author's program, which is published on ORT every day except for the weekend. It existed until 2001.

And again participation in the election company

In the late 90's, Lyubimov Alexander Mikhailovich (journalist) again showed interest in the Duma elections of the next convocation, organizing an advertisement for the candidate from the Unity bloc, Alexei Golovkov. He invited the TV crew to his election headquarters. And Alexander Mikhailovich's work proved to be successful: Unity got the second place, and after a while, consolidating with the POO "Fatherland - all Russia" joined the ranks of the ruling "EP" party.

Support for freedom of speech

At the beginning of zero Lyubimov becomes the head of the new non-profit structure "Media Union". The purpose of this organization is to protect freedom of speech in the Russian Federation. However, the domestic "sharks of the pen" will soon write about the fact that between the Union of Journalists and the brainchild of Alexander Mikhailovich, for some reason, there was no close interaction. In the spring of 2002, the TV presenter will become one of the leaders of the Council of Media Industry Associations. In parallel, Lyubimov acts as assistant to ORT general director Konstantin Ernst.

Producer work

In the fall of 2001, the head of VIDA began to show interest in producing. On ORT starts a new reality show "The Last Hero" and Alexander Mikhailovich tries his hand at a new career for himself. In 2003, together with his colleague Sergei Kushnerev, he was awarded the prestigious TEFI TV award for his masterful work in producing the second season of The Last Hero. Then the TV presenter puts financial assets in the animated series "Merry Bears", the film series "Blind - 2", "A dawns here are quiet", "Barvikha".

In 2006, Lyubimov studied in detail the production of 3D animation in one of the profile educational institutions in Los Angeles. Five years later, in the female penal colony in Perm, he initiated the creation of a multiplication factory for 3D animation and computer graphics. In this non-standard way, he wanted to help women who "stumble" in life to learn a new profession and become useful in society.

In 2007, the TV presenter on an equal footing with businessman Alexander Mamut establishes a film company Mirumir, which is profiled in the production of films that combine elements of commerce and art house. As a result, the tape "Europe-Asia" (directed by I. Dykhovichny) appeared. Then preparations began for the shooting of the picture "Chapiteau show", but work on it was stopped due to lack of money.

The shooting of the film "The Red Cow" of Russian-American production was also initiated.

VGTRK

In 2007, Alexander Mikhailovich invited to work in the All-Russian State Television and Radio Company (VGTRK) and offer him to conduct the transfer of the "Senate". Lyubimov responded with an agreement and at the end of the year he "rose" to the first deputy general director of VGTRK. The TV host was in charge of the marketing channels of the Rossiya television channel.

After a while, Alexander Mikhailovich acted as the producer of the television project "The Name of Russia", within the framework of which the viewer was given the opportunity to define the legendary figure in the national history that would be the personification of the whole Fatherland. The victory was then awarded to the great warrior and commander Alexander Nevsky.

In the fall of 2008, the ex-head of the Vzglyad program removes presidential powers from Mediasoyuz, leaving the right to be on the board of the company.

And again politics

In 2011, the media reported that Lyubimov became a member of the political party "Just Cause", which was then headed by businessman Prokhorov. In the early 90s, friendly relations were established between Alexander Mikhailovich and Mikhail Dmitrievich. Leaving his head in the "party" work, Lyubimov terminates the contract with VGTRK.

But in the fall of 2011 in the party of Prokhorov there is a split, as a result of which Mikhail Dmitrievich lost his membership in the "Right Cause." His example was followed by Alexander Mikhailovich, who considered it necessary to address the then head of state, Dmitry Medvedev, that he tempered the ardor of an employee of his administration Vladislav Surkov, who led the split in the party.

Soon there was information that Lyubimov could "become at the helm" of the RBC TV channel, owned by his former party member Mikhail Prokhorov. A few days later it was confirmed, and Alexander Mikhailovich took the post of general director of RBC TV.

Awards and regalia

During the long career of "television" Lyubimov got by no means one prestigious award and an honorary regalia. He owns the Order of Honor, the Order of Friendship. Alexander Mikhailovich is proud of TEFI, he also received the "Telegram-2005" award for his significant contribution to the development of journalism. Ex-head of the company VID has for many years already been a member of the Academy of Russian Television.

He perfectly understands and speaks English, Danish and French. At leisure, Alexander Mikhailovich prefers to go fishing, read his favorite book or see a theatrical performance.

He also likes hockey and windsurfing.

A family

It should be noted that Alexander Lyubimov, whose personal life today is the best, loves his second half. He does not like to discuss issues that concern his family. Of course, many public figures adhere to this vital position, including Alexander Lyubimov. The wife of the TV presenter is his colleague Oksana Pushkina. Their acquaintance took place in the walls of Ostankino, namely in the buffet, where the MGIMO graduate defended the queue for cakes. Oksana and Alexander immediately sympathized with each other and decided to continue pleasant communication the same day, but in a private atmosphere. And only seven days after the meeting, the TV presenter proposed to Oksana, and he was not at all embarrassed that his lady had already nursed at the hands of the child. However, the family idyll lasted only two years. According to rumors, the reason for their divorce was rather banal. Once Oksana and Alexander were invited to a party at a party. Pushkin arrived at the event somewhat earlier than his spouse. Lyubimov was late for several hours, and with him he had a bottle of alcohol from the home bar. Oksana asked her husband about whether he took off his shoes before going to the "store of alcoholic beverages." Alexander's answer discouraged her: "Why?" This is my apartment and I do everything in it that I want. " After such words, Pushkin no longer wanted to live with a well-known TV presenter.

This kind of upheaval, perhaps, was experienced once in his personal life by Alexander Lyubimov. Wife No. 2 is an expert and a connoisseur of the Japanese language and Japanese culture. This is Natalia Kunikova. In a marriage with a famous TV presenter, she gave birth to three sons. Children of Alexander Lyubimov chose creative professions: sons seriously took a great interest in film production. But the eldest daughter Catherine chose the actor's path. Anyway, the children of Alexander Lyubimov do not want to use their father's patronage and want to achieve high results in their careers only with their own efforts.
