Abrasive polishing of the body

Abrasion polishing of the body is a kind of restorative polishing. Its purpose - to polish the scratches and restore the original shine of the paint and color. Abrasion polishing of the body is used when there are a lot of defects and scratches on the coating, but they do not reach the primer level. It is because of this that no painting is required. If visible damages are visible on the surface, then before profound polishing of the body is carried out, professional painting of damaged areas should be undertaken. Such work will give an excellent result.

During the repair, auto polishing removes scuffs, scratches, and opacities. These defects are caused by abrasive factors such as dirt, sand and dust. Also affect the chemical factors - inorganic and organic salts, acids and alkalis. Ordinary sunlight is also affected. Such defects quickly arise if the owner of the car does not suit his vehicle with regular protective polishing, due to which the risk of damage to the paint is reduced.

The first stage is the removal of the top layer of the coating. The thickness is a few microns. In general, the whole process is the following:

1) Proper abrasive polishing of the body. It is carried out with the help of special pastes. The first stage, which was mentioned earlier, is needed to remove the topmost layer of the coating. At the same time, all irregularities are smoothed out, small scratches are removed. There are large-, medium- and fine-grained pastes - the choice depends on what surface is itself. Quite often they are used consistently. Due to coarse-grained, the scratches are smooth. Medium-grained pastes smooth out small scratches and erase the boundaries of old and fresh paint. Well, fine-grained funds are struggling with a matte surface. It is very good to apply this method on a dark surface. It is also an excellent tool for dealing with circular divorces.

2) Car wash La. It is also produced before the first stage. Washing is necessary to remove all soiling, among which there are specific, for example, bitumen stains. After the car has been washed, the surface must be thoroughly dried.

3) Soft polishing. It is also carried out with the help of pastes. This is a polished finish, thanks to which the body gets a mirror shine. Pastes used in this, in addition to gloss, also provide reliable protection to the car.

4) Protective polishing. After the third stage, the coating needs regular protection, which will provide the car with a good appearance. It is recommended to apply Teflon coating - it is considered to be the best for protection. The second most popular - silicone layer - also provides the body of the car with effective protection.

In conclusion, I want to say something that was not mentioned at the very beginning. If the car needs polishing, it means that he passed a lot and saw. It's worth to spend on it. Abrasive polishing of the body is a necessary waste. After all, the better the car is protected, the longer it will last.
