A healthy diet is the basis of longevity and health for life.

Diets become a part of a person's life because they are practically the only way to adjust their appearance, to make it look like an ideal. However, the ideals are different for everyone: some consider it an example for imitation of models in which ribs can be counted through the rib cage, others tend to have an average weight corresponding to the data of generally accepted medical tables indicating the optimal ratio of height and weight. And still others do not think about ideals at all - they are full of other everyday problems - and adhere to the diet begin only when the shortcomings of their own figure become so obvious that it is simply impossible not to pay attention to them.

Thousands of nutritionists earn millions to create new diets, which provide the maximum result in the shortest possible time. And while all of them carefully conceal a single fact that can destroy their business in an instant - the human body is balanced so that under normal operating conditions, fat reserves will not accumulate. The body itself simply will not feel the need to postpone something "for a rainy day." The exception is the period of puberty and pregnancy in women, when the layer of fat deposited on the stomach performs a protective function in the first case - for the forming reproductive organs, and in the second - for the developing fetus.

It is at this point that all lovers of "dieting" can start complaining about the fact that with the modern rhythm of life it is difficult to provide the body with normal conditions for existence and functioning. Maybe so, but it is worth thinking about - why is it difficult?

Because we are not accustomed to a healthy diet and are ready to send sweet, fat cakes and cakes, chocolate bars, which for three quarters consists of synthetic analogues that are not processed by the secrets of the human ferment system, constantly eat potatoes rich in starch and almost completely ignore vegetables , Rich in dietary fiber and fiber, cook pasta instead of porridge and regularly eat fat pork instead of dietary veal? And all this - in the hope of a miracle diet, a miracle pill and a miracle aerobics, which in two weeks will take away what we accumulate over the years. On the face of a clear violation of cause and effect relationships, which is the result of mental disorders that affect human eating behavior.

The main problem of the majority - even after realizing the erroneousness of their eating behavior - is the difficulty in switching from a chaotic (let's call it so) diet to a normal, healthy diet. Although, it would seem, it should be the other way around - an organism that has finally started to get from the food really digestible and the necessary nutrients instead of "garbage" should in every possible way support such eating behavior. But this does not happen - with the transition to proper nutrition, we begin to suffer from a lack of sweets, lack of plentiful evening meals, etc. etc. And all because the food has ceased to be food and has become a substitute for something else, which is acutely lacking in a person's life. Thus, the physiological scream of the organism "give me normal, assimilated nutrients" turns out to be a suppressed cry of the subconscious "even sweets, even what can replace me ..." (instead of ellipsis, you can use anything, from understanding and love from your own Family and ending with self-esteem). In most cases, the subconscious is stronger, the person eats up, and all extra calories are sent to the fat stores.

Of all the above, one thing is clear: a person with excess weight needs, first of all, psychotherapy. And, psychotherapy is not at the level of audio recordings like "listen and lose weight in a dream", and sessions of a competent psychologist who will not tell you that in life you need to change something, learn how to love yourself as you are, etc. etc. After all, the cause of excess weight is not in the absence of love for oneself and not in the presence of certain problems, although it is indirectly related to these problems.
