"Youth for Human Rights" Successfully completed the "Week of Tolerance".

The international movement "Youth for Human Rights" organized and conducted the "Week of Tolerance" in schools in St. Petersburg from November 14 to 18. Thanks to this event more than 600 pupils learned about tolerance and human rights. In the "Week of Tolerance" took part 6 schools in St. Petersburg. The pupils of the fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth classes discussed the concept of "tolerance" with activists of the movement, cited examples of tolerant and non-tolerant attitudes, and also drew drawings on this topic. At the meeting with the schoolchildren, the educational materials "Youth for Human Rights" were used - booklets, leaflets and videos on human rights, which are always popular with children. At the end of the class, the children wrote reviews, and here are some of them: "I liked all the videos that we watched, in each of them there is a life lesson. I learned my rights and learned that thanks to these rights the world will be better. "" I liked the videos, they said a lot about people's lives and their rights, that all people are one big family. I learned all my rights, and that you can not think only of yourself, because you are surrounded by many other people. " "I liked the meeting, I agree with these rights. I will fulfill them! Our Earth is the world and the team! I love our Earth! "This is only a small part of the responses that the students wrote. They really like such meetings, which take place in a relaxed atmosphere. Thanks to the education of children at this age, you can create a safe future, because they will already know how to protect themselves and how to make the world better.
