Krasheninnikova Veronika Yurievna is a well-known Russian political scientist, historian-researcher and public figure. Veronika Krasheninnikova: Biography

Veronica was born in Cherepovets, that in the Volgograd region. It happened on October 12, 1971. After graduation she entered the Leningrad Shipbuilding Institute at the Faculty of Engineering and Economics. In addition to basic subjects, she mastered English and French fluently.

In 1996, she became one of the UN staff in the Geneva office, where she worked for only a year. Between 1998 and 2000, she consulted European companies in the framework of the international relations program.

In 2001, Krasheninnikova Veronika became a member of the Council for Trade and Economic Cooperation with the United States (STES). This organization was in New York and oversaw most of the transactions of American companies with Russian entrepreneurs. In the period from 2003 to 2005 Krasheninnikova holds the post of executive director in this organization.

In early 2006, she became president of the PEC in New York. And in March of the same year the governor of St. Petersburg appoints her the main representative of the cultural capital in the United States.

In 2011, Veronika Yurievna opens her own non-profit organization in Moscow, the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies and Initiatives.

In March 2013, by order of President Krasheninnikov, Veronica becomes a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. And three years later, in February 2016, is part of the party "United Russia". At the same time, she is considered one of the main figures in this political bloc.
