Developing operating technology

The development of opractive technology consists of several processes. It is desirable to coordinate them already with those who will work with the details in practice. The design of this stage depends on the structure of the operation, the equipment chosen, various devices, certain time norms and processing modes.

The content must necessarily indicate the transitions, in the sequence of their execution. They should be aligned in such a way as to provide the highest rates of economy and productivity in performing the operation.

Also, within the limits of the technological project it is necessary to define admissible allowances. They can be assigned as general or intermediate.

Then it is necessary to devote time to equipment and technological equipment. So, for small-scale or single production it is necessary to use universal devices. Calculation of modes

  3. The cutting speed is calculated.
