What is a healthy person and how to define it?

The concepts of adequate existence and perception of the surrounding world play an important role in our life. But over what is a really healthy person (both physically and mentally), few people think seriously. It is understandable: people who feel good, it is not so necessary, and patients, as a rule, think only of their illness. Therefore, probably, the very concept of a "healthy person" looks somewhat blurry. Let's try in this article to formulate only some principles on which this can be determined.

After all, irregularity is a pledge of poisoning the body with products of vital activity, and slagging (especially after forty) can lead to nothing good: a person begins to ache, immunity decreases, a decline of strength appears, indicating a general and regular poisoning of the body.

External signs

The image of a healthy person, as a rule, consists of external signs, characteristic for the species: a physique not overloaded with excessive kilograms, complexion and skin, a smile - and many other nuances. Let's consider some of them.

  • With a smile, gums and teeth are pleasant healthy color. This in itself already says a lot: that a person eats properly , there are no intestinal diseases. Healthy gums should not be dark red or purple. Otherwise, it can signal hidden underlying diseases.
  • Human hair can also tell a lot about the context of health and proper nutrition. If a person has brittle and oily hair, then this can talk about starting problems. At healthy they shining and not fragile, without visible damages. And excessively dry talk about the lack of vitamins and amino acids in the diet.
  • Language can also tell which person is healthy or not. No wonder the doctors ask at the reception to show the language! In a healthy person this organ is a characteristic pink color, without a white (or yellowish) coating.

Much depends on this plan from a balanced diet. If you feel not completely healthy, try to start with this. Analyze, whether your diet is correctly calculated, whether there are enough vegetables and fruits, vitamins and microelements in it. For many, even looking healthy, people, all these parameters can not withstand any criticism. Set your daily routine. Sleep should be long, at the right time - but not excessive (about 7-8 hours). And do not forget about physical exercises: they must be performed on a daily basis, especially for people who are inactive.
