It is considered the most popular of all types of fixatives, being a fairly reliable component material. It is used mainly for horizontal reinforcement. Fixing technology

Qualitatively executed works on the creation of any reinforced concrete products guarantee their durability and safety. Correctly installed fixation of the armature plays in this matter not the last role. First of all, it is required to conduct a careful marking of the place where the reinforcing mesh will be located and the placement of the fixators determining the thickness of the protective layer. Depending on it, calculate a step that can be from 80 to 100 centimeters.

Clamps are installed in checkerboard order. Installing them on a vertical plane, it is necessary to make a strong attachment to the formwork or reinforcement by wire.

When double reinforcement is required, the locks are set perpendicular to the plane of the mesh or frame. The step is aged in this case a little more - from 1.5 to 2 meters.
