Ushp-foundation with their own hands. Ushp-foundation: reviews

Construction of any building is impossible without erecting a foundation. This is the basis of any construction, which provides reliability and durability. There is a rather large variety of types of foundation. Modern construction ensures the introduction of new technologies, which is primarily aimed at economy. This property is achieved through the use of materials that retain heat. Such an innovation at the stage of building laying is the UWP foundation (UWP - insulated Swedish plate).

Features of the foundation

The insulated Swedish slab, as the foundation for the foundation of the foundation, was first introduced by German developers, despite its name. Uses UBS-foundation in Russia for a relatively short time, but already enjoys great success. The Swedish stove is a monolithic structure that fulfills the role of not only the foundation, but also the overlapping of the first floor with the finished heating system. Such a foundation has a good load-bearing capacity, it can be laid practically on all types of soil - weak, freezing, chemically aggressive, etc. The difference from other types is that the insulating layer is provided not only on the lower base but also around the perimeter of the structure On the side walls.

Advantages of the Swedish foundation

Here you can include:

  • Fast construction time;
  • Possibility of application on various soils;
  • Increased thermal insulation of the building's base, which ensures the constancy of the temperature regime inside the premises;
  • Saving on heating by reducing heat losses;
  • After laying the foundation, no leveling work is required;
  • Improved waterproofing, which prevents moisture penetration and mold formation;
  • Hiding all communication systems, by laying them under the foundation slab.

Design

In order to proceed with the installation work, you need to carefully design the UWP foundation. Calculation must be made, starting from the project of the building itself. The need to take into account the design data ensures the correct location of all necessary communications. When designing the foundation, you can rely only on the primary sources provided by Swedish manufacturers, because there are no Russian analogs for calculation yet. Many construction companies developed instructions that describe only the sequence and correctness of the work on the foundation foundation.

Technology of laying the foundation

The use of high-quality heat-insulating material makes it possible to reduce the thickness of the entire stacked structure, which allows to significantly shorten the time for laying operations. On average, the erection of the foundation construction, depending on the area, takes about 7-10 days. If you compare the timing with the filling of the usual ribbon foundation, then the process takes a fairly long period: from 30 to 45 days. Ushp-foundation with their own hands is not particularly difficult, if you adhere to the rules provided by the project. The sequence of all the works can be divided into several stages.

Preparatory operations

  1. The foundation pit is prepared for foundation, for this purpose, a layer of soil 10 to 50 cm in depth is removed from the future base.
  2. If the soil on which the UWP foundation is to be installed is very wet, it is necessary to drain and drain groundwater first. The drainage layer is a pillow lined with rubble and coarse sand.
  3. After equipping the drainage, the geotextile is laid on the bottom of the foundation pit, and sand of a certain fraction is poured on top of it, which is provided by technology and rammed.
  4. Ushp-foundation, laying of communications. This operation is quite responsible. It is necessary to provide for all entrances - sewage, electrical, water, etc., which must be laid with special accuracy, which ensures the correct connection of communication systems in the house.
  5. Formwork is being installed. After that, on top of the laid sand, crushed stone is filled and tamped. This layer should be of the order of 100 mm.

Laying of heat-insulating layer

For these works, a type of extruded styrofoam is used. When choosing a thermal insulation material, it is worth paying attention to such parameters:

  • As the strength of pressing at a 2% index of maximum deformation, because it will carry a load on the entire house. The strength of pressing should not be less than 0.2 MPa;
  • Thermal conductivity of the material from 0.030 to 0.034 W / (m · K);
  • The presence of L-shaped edges, which will simplify the installation, and eliminate the cold bridges.

At installation of the beginning side plates of warming, thickness not less than 100 mm are established. Then the insulation is laid all over the plane. The minimum thickness of the material must be at least 200 mm, that is, if the polystyrene has a thickness of 100 mm, it is necessary to lay the insulation in 2 layers.

Reinforcement of the structure

This process has its own characteristics and involves two consecutive stages:

  1. For the grillage, a special longitudinal spatial construction with a 300 mm cross-sectional pitch is manufactured. Diameter of used reinforcement should be 12 mm. It is necessary to produce only by twisting a bundle of reinforcement, which will be installed on the UWP foundation, the technology does not allow the use of welding. Welded joints of reinforcement can affect the strength of the future foundation monolith. This reinforced structure is assembled outside the foundation, and then transferred to it and installed.
  2. The reinforcement of the foundation surface is carried out. Perform these works need a fixture diameter of 10 mm. Rods with a pitch of 150 mm are laid lengthwise, after which transverse rows are superimposed at the same distance and the reinforcement is connected with each other. The overlapping of the joints can not be less than 25 mm.

Installation and connection of the system "warm floors"

The only type of base that is integrated with the heating system is the UWP foundation. The system of warm floors requires professional design, which will maximize the use of the heat supplied. If the calculation is correct, it will not be necessary to use additional sources of space heating. The system is laid on top of the installed reinforced structure. You can use these types of pipes:

  • Metal-plastic;
  • Polyethylene;
  • Copper.

The choice of pipe products should be paid attention, because for such a system it is acceptable to use only high-quality pipes that are designed for operation at high temperatures. Otherwise, any temperature jump will disable the system, and then you can forget about the "warm floors" of your house. The best option for such designs is molecularly crosslinked polyethylene, it has very high strength. Using this kind of pipes, you get a reliable UWB-foundation, the problem of long-term operation of the "warm floor" system in your house will be solved.

The main condition for high-quality insulation is the rationally laid out contours of the pipes:

  • The distance between the laid pipes should not be less than 10 cm, but not more than 25 cm;
  • The length of one circuit must not exceed 90 m;
  • Mounting to the fittings can be done with nylon clamps;
  • Layout by room - in the center of the room should be more pipes, and near the walls less.

Concreting process

Before starting the pouring of concrete , the heating system must be checked for leaks at a test pressure that exceeds the working three times. During the concreting, the pipes must be filled with liquid to avoid deformation. Use for casting can only quality concrete, its distribution on the surface is carried out using shovels. Spreading of concrete should be ensured in all hard-to-reach places under the reinforcement. The time for pouring concrete mixture should not exceed 1 hour. It is undesirable to concrete the UWB foundation with our own hands at low temperatures, for such work, high qualification of the fillers is required, because such a temperature regime provides for special technologies. To get ready-made floors for finishing, you must carefully smooth and sand the surface of the concrete layer. After the work on pouring concrete, it is necessary to ensure the correct mode of maturation, which in the future will provide a quality foundation. We examined the main stages of the laying process. Arrangement of such a basis for your home, besides all the charms, has disadvantages.

Ushp-foundation. The disadvantages of using a heated Swedish plate

  1. Laying this kind of foundation requires considerable expenses, because only high-quality materials should be used in the process.
  2. Under the projected building, the construction of basements should not be envisaged, as this is prohibited by the construction of the base of a heated Swedish slab.
  3. This base of the house, like a heated Swedish stove, is not suitable for large-scale structures. This foundation is used for the erection of one-story cottages or not too large two-story houses.

Of course, everyone has their own opinion on this. If you are interested in the impressions that the foundation of the UWP produces on the owners, the feedback from the people who built this foundation for their homes, you can always study at any construction forum. There is no unequivocal opinion, but the majority of positive reviews give a preponderance in favor of the use of such technology.
