  • Bulgarian pepper (one, medium size);
  • Tomato sauce (100 milliliters);
  • vegetable oil;
  • salt.

Cooking stuffing

Onion is cleaned and finely chopped, then it should be fried in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Pepper finely chopped, then there are two options to choose from - the pepper can be fresh or canned. Fresh peppers are added to the frying pan at the same time as onion, and canned - when the onion becomes soft.

Next, open the jar of tuna and drain the excess liquid - it's easier to do by flipping the contents of the can to the colander.

Add the tuna to the onions and peppers on the pan, then peeled the finely chopped eggs.

  • Kefir (one glass of fat);
  • Flour (one glass, it is better to sift it);
  • Soda (half a teaspoon);
  • Salt (to taste).

The filling for this pie will be more nutritious at the expense of the potato that is included in its composition.

To prepare it you will need:

  • Potatoes (medium size - four pieces);
  • Canned tuna (three hundred grams, it is desirable to choose quality and in its own juice);
  • Bulb (one medium size);
  • Salt, pepper (add to taste).

Method of pie

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, it's better to have it with high beads, grease it with butter or vegetable oil.

Peel the onion and potatoes, cut the onions into thin slices, and potatoes into slices. All this pepper and salt.
