This principle also applies to pizza dough - without yeast or with yeast, flaky or unleavened - is perfectly allowed in the preparation of this amazing dish.

Prepare dough for pizza without yeast

Pizza without yeast is very delicious, if the basis for the test take kefir. In this case, you do not even need to knead the dough, you can simply mix it and pour it into the baking dish. What could be simpler than this recipe?

What will be needed: a glass of kefir, which is exactly in the refrigerator; A couple of eggs; A spoonful of sugar; Half teaspoon of soda and salt; A couple of glasses of flour. In a bowl, pour the yogurt and mix with all the ingredients. Spread the flour in parts, kneading so that lumps do not form.

Prepare the mold, grease, so that the pizza does not burn, butter or lining the bottom of the mold with confectionery paper. Next - the most pleasant: pour the dough into the mold and put the stuffing prepared by you on top.

Some experienced housewives do this: instead of laying the components of the filling in layers according to the classic recipe, they mix all the ingredients in a separate container and evenly spoon the mass over the prepared batter. The filling will drown slightly and only the cheese should be rubbed from above, so that the pizza has a corresponding appearance. This technology greatly facilitates and speeds up the business, which is very valuable if guests or family arrive before dinner. Surely you will appreciate this innovation. Break the egg and combine it with the yolk (the remaining protein will come in handy when you prepare the filling). Put the butter, stir the mixture and add the flour. Dough well roll to make a thin pizza. Make the sides by placing the cake in the mold. Cover the filling, make sure that the pizza does not turn dry - mayonnaise or tomatoes, ketchup and cheese should be enough.

Pizza on bread crumb

If the house does not even have flour, it will still be a pizza. Look in the breadbox, if there is not a white bread there, you need only 300 g of crumb of wheat bread or bread. A little butter or margarine (30-50 g), combine with crumb. Dough for pizza without yeast is ready! A frying pan about 25 cm in diameter, on which pizza will be prepared, should be oiled. The dough is kneaded with fingers so that the bottom and the walls are completely covered with an improvised test. Any stuffing from tomatoes or sauce, fish, meat, ham or mushrooms fill with a mixture of milk, eggs and mayonnaise.
