Tired legs? Bath for your feet to help.

How often, after coming after an actively spent, busy work day, do you literally fall from fatigue and feel "without legs"? Most likely, more often than we would like. This is particularly true of women who, wound around the day on high heels, at home with great relief "get off" from them and put on soft, comfortable slippers. And how often do you allow your legs to relax and rest for real? Probably, too infrequently. And in vain, because you need to look after your feet exactly the same way as your hands, and your face, and the rest of your body. And time for such care is required very little, because we are talking about a procedure like foot baths.

Do not assume that this should be done only for the prevention of colds and to keep warm, if strongly frozen. Yes, for this too, but still, foot baths can not only warm, but also contribute to the removal of fatigue from the feet, the relaxation of the whole body. And, of course, no one canceled the concept of simple hygiene.

The simplest and most accessible foot bath is an ordinary basin with hot water and aromatic oils or sea salt (the dining room is also quite suitable). Pour two tablespoons of salt into the pelvis, drip a few drops of essential oil, for example, lavender, orange or pink, and immerse your feet there for about ten minutes: the fatigue will be lifted off like a hand. You can do this every day. Especially salt baths are useful if you have excessive sweating of your legs.

If you suffer from joint diseases, a foot bath with turpentine will help you. It reduces inflammation, relieves painful sensations, reduces blood pressure. It can also be used as a preventative against colds. For such a bath get a special cosmetic solution of turpentine and pour it into the water in the required proportion. Hold the legs in it for 10 minutes. The course of turpentine baths is, as a rule, 10 to 20 days.

If possible, buy yourself a water foot massager. Their varieties are many, and they are very good in that they combine the possibility of simple water procedures with various types of foot massage. This can be a Jacuzzi effect, acupressure of the soles, reflexology, vibromassage, etc. In other words, with such a device you can independently hold for your feet the most real SPA procedures, removing fatigue and swelling from them, improving blood circulation, increasing tone.

Very effective in its properties, the foot bath is ionic: inside it a magnetic field is formed that positively affects not only your legs, but also has a health-improving effect on the body as a whole. Such a massager excellently excites toxins, resulting in increased overall tone, no worries about chronic diseases, insomnia disappears.

Just remember that the foot bath is not recommended for those who suffer from allergies, eczema, various ulcers. Very, very carefully with such trays should be those who have the disease as polyneuropathy. This disease is characterized by too low a temperature and pain sensitivity, so it is extremely likely to get burned by pouring more and more hot water into the tub, but not feeling its true temperature. If blood circulation is disturbed, the foot baths can only be taken after consultation with the doctor. The water in this case should not be too hot, and the time of the procedure itself is too long. If you make contrasting baths, remember that the water in one basin should be a maximum of 38-42 degrees, and in the second - no lower than 20. Dip one leg at a time in one pelvis, then in the second, twice in each. But do not repeat the procedure more than twice a week. And, of course, after completing any of the procedures, always wipe your feet dry to avoid fungus and other troubles, and at least just lie down and rest for an hour.
