The story of how Misha wrote a letter to his beloved

The world, constantly developing, brings to our lives new technologies, communication tools, many new "toys" for both children and adults. But no one will deny that with the technical progress, over time, that flies faster and faster, many good things leave our life gradually and irretrievably.

Here you often write letters on paper with ordinary ink, like in school, carefully deducing letters, for fear of making a mistake? Agree that much more often we send letters by e-mail, send messages by phone, print words on social networks - even a letter to a loved one.

This story happened to one of my, at that time unfamiliar, guy three years ago. Mischa Korablev worked as a specialist in the department of lending to legal entities in one of the private banks of a small city in the west of the country. For a long time he really liked the specialist of the second category, Julia from the neighboring department. This fair-haired and blue-eyed girl has long attracted the attention of the hero. For the first time he saw her on a tourist trip, when she just got a job at a bank. They then had to jump together in bags of race with the experts of the bank-rival, and then - together to rejoice in victory.

But Misha has always been very shy since childhood. He could not take and go to Yulia, as many friends advised him. I could not, constantly convincing myself that there was no suitable occasion, there was no time for work, or there simply were not enough words to say to her.

One evening, reading a familiar novel, Misha stumbled upon the stage when his favorite hero Ivan Borisovich wrote a letter to his beloved woman, and decided that he also needed to write a "favorite letter". No, Misha was not sure that this was love, but he really liked the idea of writing. Postponing the book with the yellowed sheets, our hero took A4 sheet found on the shelf and began to write, immediately catching himself thinking that in the last five years he had not written not only a letter to a beloved girl, but even a relative or a distant friend.

Started to derive words. The words were simple - without metaphor and pathos. He wrote as he was - described what he felt when he first saw her, told in his letter to himself, joked about common acquaintances and about the work of the bank, there were jokes about the authorities and his behavior on the last corporate.

When the letter was ready, Misha carefully packed it into an envelope and the next day asked an acquaintance from Yulia's department to put it in the papers on the table imperceptibly.

And it was done. Julia found a letter for dinner, when it was possible to "unearth" all the documents that lay at the top of the treasured envelope with a painted bullfinch. Read. It was possible to notice, as gradually on her face a smile blossomed. Not because Misha's sympathy was mutual (Julia after the tourist gathering paid little attention to the black-browed guy from the neighboring department, and the young man she had at that time), but because it was her first letter from a fan, except for Primary school.

The girl immediately went to Misha, thanked him for the letter, said that she appreciated the jokes. They met again. We made friends. Often went to dinner together.

Many different events occurred from that day in the life of the bank, in the lives of these young people. It is possible (and even most likely!) That everything would be completely different, if not this small letter that day. And very much more will happen, will change. Time does not stand still. But it is very important that this time does not take important and necessary things from us, such as books, letters, live meetings, talks, walks. After all, someday it's just some simple thing, like, for example, this is a "favorite letter" that can change your life.
