Some species of red fish are quite affordable for the average citizen. These include pink salmon grown in artificial conditions. It is the smallest of all salmonids, but nevertheless very useful and tasty. Pink salmon lives only in cold waters, prefers a temperature of 5 to 14 ° C. If the pond heats up to 25 ° C, it dies.

There are widely distributed species of red fish all over the world, they include chum and trout. The first spawns only once in a lifetime, perishing after that. Trout is known for being able to live in both salty and fresh water. Absolutely all kinds of red fish are useful for the body, so you should include their meat as often as possible in your diet.
