The gravy for pasta is a fragrant addition to a simple dish

Many people prefer to cook macaroni instead of the usual potatoes for garnish. These "guests from Italian cuisine" have long become familiar to us. Therefore, most often pasta is prepared with a different kind of gravy. Together with them, ordinary pieces of dough become an appetizing and quite high-calorie dish.

In principle, the gravy for pasta is a sauce that generously flavors the main product and gives it a unique taste and aroma. It is mainly used for second courses and serves as a kind of garnish. The spice for pasta can be very different: creamy, vegetable, cheese, cooked with meat, seafood or mushrooms. It all depends on the taste and availability of products. The simplest option is vegetable. It takes no more than 30 minutes to cook it. Yes, and the necessary products can always be found in the refrigerator. The ratio of products is approximately the same: 1 sweet pepper, 1 onion, a pair of garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, a glass of broth, 4 tablespoons tomato paste, 4 medium tomatoes, salt and a teaspoon of any seasonings. Cooking should be in this order:

1. Heat oil in a frying pan.

2. Add chopped onion and pepper. The mass should be extinguished for 6-7 minutes, until the food is softer.

3. Then add to the mixture garlic and tomatoes, previously shredded in a blender. In this composition, the mass is warmed for another 5 minutes.

4. Now it's time to add the pasta and spices, then cook the mixture, stirring constantly for about 20 minutes. Once it thickens, you can assume that the gravy for pasta is ready.

Creamy miracle

Components for gravy can be any food products. Take, for example, cheese. He is already originally associated with pasta. Prepare such a miracle sauce you can without much trouble in just 10 minutes. Products need the simplest: a glass of any soft cheese, black pepper, 150 milliliters of milk, salt and paprika powder. Everything is prepared quickly in two steps:

1. Pour the milk into a small saucepan and bring it to a boil.

2. Add the cheese and heat the mixture until it does not melt at all.

3. Pour in the remaining ingredients, mix well and remove from heat. A fragrant sauce for macaroni and cheese will perfectly complement the dish.

Mushroom pleasure

Each landlady has her own recipe for gravy for pasta. Over time, he can improve and turn into a crown dish, which is usually prepared for meeting the coveted guests. A good option for such a case can serve as a mushroom sauce. Of the products you will need the following: 3 fresh mushrooms, a glass of sour cream, 1 onion, salt, a tablespoon of flour and vegetable oil. Cooking it is easy:

1. Mushrooms must be thoroughly washed and cut into thin plates, and chop the onions into half rings. The thickness of forest gifts should be minimal, so that the mass is more homogeneous.

2. Put frying pan on fire, pour oil into it and pour out mushrooms. They need to be lightly fried, stirring constantly.

3. The mixture should be salted, add onion and continue frying until it becomes soft and transparent.

4. Then the boiling mass should be sprinkled with flour, so that it is more viscous, and not crumbly. And do not forget to stir all the time.

5. Now the last and most important stage. Almost finished mixture pour sour cream, mix and cover. Put out no more than five minutes, so that the dairy product does not have time to decompose into factions. That's all. Now a thick aromatic mixture can be watered any pasta and safely carry them to the table.

Nutritional supplement

No one will argue that the sauce with meat to pasta is better than any other. She turns them from a simple side dish into a mouth-watering self-serving dish. You can do it both from pieces of fresh meat, and from the prepared stuffing. Here everyone acts in his own way. For example, take this option: 100 grams of minced meat, ground pepper, 3 onions, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 processed cheese, salt, tomato paste and any spices. This mixture is prepared on two pans:

1. One must be fried in minced meat in vegetable oil.

2. In another frying pan, melt the cheese and add the onion and tomato paste to it.

3. After 10 minutes, the contents in different dishes, mix in one, cover tightly with a lid and leave on low heat for another 10 minutes.

4. Add crushed garlic to the received mass and bring the product to readiness. Salt, spices and pepper can be added to taste at any stage. In the end, you should get an appetizing thick mass, which will perfectly complement the newly cooked pasta.
