The convictions of Maxim Marcinkiewicz: what did Tesaka put in for in 2014?

Maxim Martsinkevich, better known under the pseudonym Tesak (he received such a formidable nickname because of his love for cold weapons) is a person very well known both in the Internet community and among neo-Nazi organizations. He became famous for his nationalistic views, as well as shooting videos about how he and like-minded people reveal the personalities of pedophiles. In 2014, Marcinkiewicz was again sent to prison, and now everyone is interested in the question of why Tesaka was imprisoned this time.

A little bit about the personality of Maxim Marcinkiewicz

From an early age, Tesak was an ardent supporter of nationalism, so in 2005 he created his own neo-Nazi organization called "Format 18". The name she received due to a combination of letters of the Latin alphabet, the 1st signifies A-Adolf, and the 8th H-Hitler. Tesak himself never concealed this, besides, he always spoke with admiration of the Nazi ruler.

With his associates, he fought against the non-Russian population of the country, which, in his opinion, behaved inappropriately. Since Maxim loved the public, he regularly produced videos in which he expressed his opinion on the situation in the country. Particularly, he made a story about how he, with the guys in the suits of the Ku Klux Klan, is cutting off the Tajik guy. As it turned out, the video was staged, so there was no reason to open a criminal case.

Why did they put Tesak in 2007?

As many know, this is not Marcinkiewicz's first arrest. So, in 2007, Tesaka was imprisoned. For what? The cause of the criminal case was the statement of Aleksey Navalny, a well-known political figure and activist. It was he who witnessed the nationalistic machinations of Marcinkiewicz and considered it his duty to punish the skinhead.

So, what did Tesaka put in 2007? Maxim Marcinkiewicz, inspired by his nationalist idea, decided to make an open statement to the people. To do this, he broke into his group in the club "Bilingua", where the pre-election debate took place. After a short speech, he and his children shouted the famous "Zig Hyle" for several minutes.

On July 10 of the same year, Tesaka was arrested, charged under art. 282.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. At that time, it was a new part of the Criminal Code, which prohibited any actions leading to incitement of hatred between people on national grounds. The court found Marcinkiewicz guilty and sentenced him to three years' imprisonment, a little later he was sentenced to one more sentence, under the same article. This time, the reason was an old video, in which he cracked down on a Tajik drug dealer.

That's why Tesaka was imprisoned in 2007. In total, Marcinkiewicz served 3.5 years. By the way, in 2010, the organization "Format 18" was officially banned by law, because it was considered extremist.

Public organization "Restrukt"

After his release from prison, Marcinkiewicz continued his nationalist activities. Since his old organization was closed, he created a new social movement called "Restrukt".

Together with the name, priorities changed, now Tesak began to actively combat pedophilia. To do this, he, with the help of dummies, appointed meetings for lovers of minors, on which they also caught them. Everything that happened was recorded on the camera, after which the video was uploaded to the Internet, thereby exposing the identity of the pedophile.

Despite the cruelty of Marcinkiewicz's methods, many supported him, and his program "Pay pedophile" had a fairly high rating in the network.

Why did Tesaka be sentenced to 5 years in 2014?

At the end of November 2013, the Moscow court opened another case against Maksim Marcinkevich. The basis for him was the same 282-th article. A few days later the court ruled to take Tesak into custody until all the circumstances were clarified.

Having learned in advance about the case, Tesak left the country - first to Belarus, and then to Cuba. But he did not manage to hide for a long time, on January 17, 2014 he was arrested by the Cuban police. The reason was the lack of a passport, which he had been stolen the day before by an unknown person. But the authorities did not understand this, on January 27, she sent the activist on a plane home, where he was met by Russian law enforcement agencies.

Six months later, the Kuntsevsky court passed its sentence - the highest penalty. Therefore, in July of 2014, the hen was sentenced to five years in a high security prison. However, in November of the same year the court softened the verdict, reducing the time to 2 years and 10 months.

But still, what did Tesaka plant (2014) for? According to the court version, the basis for the opening of the case were videos in which Marcinkiewicz called for reprisals against "churks". At least, so has established a linguistic examination. Although Maxim himself is confident that he was ordered for the fact that he crossed the road to many influential people.
