Nakhimovsky district

The first of these is surrounded by vineyards and gardens, and the second almost drowns in pine and acacia groves. Lyubimovka and Uchkuevka are the centers of the beach industry. This is a well-known fortification structure of the Coastal Defense of the Black Sea Fleet, erected at the beginning of the XX century. Balaklava district

But many also note that in those microdistricts that are close to the sea or landmarks, high prices for housing.
