The village of Karabidai was located near the Altai Territory. Its inhabitants at that time lived extremely poorly, many huddled in dugouts. The Terentyev family managed to move to the Crimean peninsula some time after the birth of the child.

There, Alexander Terentiev graduated from high school and continued his education in SPTU in the specialty of "truck crane driver". Before the appeal to the ranks of the Soviet Army, he decided to help his parents and found a job in the Perekop PMK-36. Demobilized, he first worked in Azovstalkonstruktsii, and in 1982 moved to the Tyumen region. He worked there as a driver of Surgut management of technological transport and "Noyabrskneftegaz".

Education

In absentia in 1991, Alexander Terentev studied at the Noyabrsk oil technical school, receiving the specialty of "car maintenance and repair." Then he entered the Surgut State University. After his graduation he studied at the Taurida National University, having obtained the specialty "economist-manager".

In 1993, Terentyev Alexander Vasilyevich began to work in the field of oil production. He started with a specialist and the head of the technical department in the Sidano-East, then he held the posts of a commercial agent and an assistant to the president of NaftaSib.

About the period of work in Noyabrsk Terentyev Alexander often recalls in his interviews. The most valuable quality in colleagues for work for him was the ability to responsibly treat the task entrusted. Enterprises of the Tyumen region and Surgut State University have left their imprint on his character. The northern conditions forced a lot of attention to mutual assistance and a sense of cohesion. Bureaucratic delays and negligence were absolutely unacceptable in such conditions.

Work in the field of oil production allowed Terentyev to get acquainted with worthy people, talking with him, he came to the conclusion that a person should achieve everything in life himself, with the help of his own forces. Creating Your Business

Since 2000, after coming to the leadership of the state of Putin V.V., which activated the development of domestic production, Terentyev decided to start his own business. He was interested in construction and production in the food industry. In 2000, he headed the Board of Directors of PFK-Doma and took up the post of president at Altayholod.

This period was remembered to him by the constant struggle with the arbitrariness of officials and the lack of principle of some leaders. Many forces had to be given for the struggle aimed at the improvement of enterprises. Terentyev managed to create a team for a short period, which turned "Altaykholod" into the largest and most successful branch enterprise. In "PFK-Dom" they were implemented innovative construction and housing and communal projects.

Party activity

December 2, 2006 "Fair Russia" in the Altai Territory formed its branch. At this time, the party included the Party of Pensioners, Life and Homeland. Terentyev immediately became the head of the regional branch of the United Party, which initially consisted of 1,240 members, and a year later in the Altai became 10,400 "Just Russia".

Each district in the province acquired a local branch with a public reception, where they can provide real assistance in various matters. The Regional Council of Deputies has created a permanent deputy group, which is working to increase social support for the residents of the region by amending legislative acts. The regional party department carried out a lot of work to implement the events, which resulted in the construction of sports grounds in the province, assistance to kindergartens, the rights of citizens are constantly protected, various social problems are being solved.

Terentyev on party work

According to Terentyev, much effort and time was spent fighting bureaucracy and political gossip. It is always necessary to prove one's rightness only by real deeds. He and his adherents made a conscious choice in politics, which gave them confidence in their command-line power and allows them to achieve constant improvements in the lives of ordinary Altai residents.

At the end of 2007, Terentyev was nominated as one-party deputies to the State Duma.

Protection of flood victims

In September 2015, as a State Duma deputy, Terentyev asked the prosecutor of the Altai Territory Yakov Khoroshev to assess, from a legal point of view, a decision that was adopted by the regional administration on the procedure for paying for capital repairs of houses destroyed by floods in 2014. The deputy decided to speak in defense of the Altai people, who suffered from the unfair conditions of payment.

The adoption of this resolution took place one year after the flood. By that time, many of the victims of flooding at the expense of their personal funds tried to solve the housing problem. In this case, some of them remain deprived of legal compensation.

For example, Terentyev was approached by a villager from Checanikhi, who was refused compensation because she had a share of seven and a half square meters in the regional capital. Many took loans for repair in various banks, and since the restoration work was done by them, they do not fall into the lists for compensation.

Public reception of the deputy received a large number of complaints about this. In the oral and written form, residents of such districts were applied: Bystrovostoksky, Krasnogorsky, Charyshsky and Krasnoshchekovsky. Appeal to the head of the province with a request to cancel the above decision with a large number of signatures of residents of the Ust-Pristan region was sent earlier head of the district branch of "Fair Russia" Svetlana Khoroshilova.

In defense of agricultural producers

In March this year, on behalf of his faction Terentyev proposed to release agricultural producers from excise payments for diesel fuel. He put forward this legislative initiative in connection with the adoption of a bill in the State Duma, according to which from April 2016 excises on all types of fuel were increased. According to the party "Fair Russia", this law will affect large segments of the population, in particular, it will hit the agrarian sector. Agrarians, Terentyev believes, should be protected at the legislative level from such attacks by the authorities, otherwise the agriculture in the Altai Territory will simply perish.

According to the politician, this is an obvious attempt by government officials to dump crisis workers on their own workers and their own shortcomings in overcoming them. The special danger is that excises on fuel rise at a time when the sowing campaign is actively conducted. Every spring for Altai agricultural workers is remembered by the search for additional funds for the purchase of fuel, so its appreciation will cause irreparable damage to the economy of agricultural enterprises.
