Further we will consider more in detail listed types of heaters "Technonikol", technical characteristics of each of them and the scope of their use.

Thermal insulation boards PIR

Plates PIR are an innovative type of thermal insulation "Technonikol". The technical characteristics of these plates allow us to successfully apply them for the insulation of flat roofs. Due to the closed structure of the cells and the aluminum foil coating, the materials are characterized by high fire resistance, water resistance, durability, resistance to multiple physical loads and very low thermal conductivity. The heat insulator does not support combustion, which allows the PIR plates to protect themselves from fire and other layers in the system. They also perform the functions of waterproofing material.

Extrusion Expanded Polystyrene

Extruded polystyrene foam - universal insulation "Technonikol", the technical characteristics of which make it possible to use it for the thermal insulation of various facilities and structures in both civil and industrial construction. The material is characterized by high strength and chemical resistance, it does not absorb water, does not rot, is resistant to mold formation. Due to high strength characteristics, the service life of the heat insulation system is significantly extended. In comparison with other types of similar products, this insulation has the lowest heat conductivity. With its help, the facades, foundations, floors, roofs, etc., are insulated. However, despite all the advantages of this material, it should be taken into account that it is combustible, and provide for activities that provide fire safety.

The range of expanded polystyrene offered by the company is represented by several types, designed for various operating conditions and allowing to find the optimal solutions to problems in the field of thermal insulation.

Stone wool "Technonikol": technical characteristics

Plates made of stone wool, for the production of which rocks of the basalt group are used, are the most popular and widespread type of heat-insulating materials. Characterized by high heat-saving ability, hydrophobicity, good sound absorption, strength, resistance to deformation, long operating life. A feature of this material is that it does not burn, thereby providing fire safety. Basalt heaters can be used in almost all building structures, providing them with reliable heat, sound, and waterproofing.

The company produces several types of mineral wool insulation for various applications. For example, for heat insulation of roofs with a small slope (or flat) designed heaters brand "TehnoRuf", characterized by the greatest density. For plaster facades, "TechnoFac" is used - a "Tehnonikol" heater, the technical characteristics of which allow plastering walls directly on its surface. The most universal and most commonly used in private housing construction for insulation of floors, walls and ceilings is the lightest of basalt insulation - "Rocklite Technonikol".

Technical characteristics of different types of mineral wool insulation are given in the table.

Waterproofing materials "Technonikol"

The company produces a wide range of waterproofing materials, the most common of which are:

  • Roll waterproofing for foundation;
  • Roofing roll materials;
  • Waterproofing coating and spraying.

Rolled waterproofing for foundation

Waterproofing materials for the foundation, characterized by high heat resistance and excellent flexibility at low temperatures, are used to protect the underground and side parts of the foundation, as well as to create a barrier between the bearing walls and the foundation.

This company's products are represented by a number of types that differ in their specialization. Thus, the material "Technoelast Barrier", made in the form of a polymer film and having high parameters of flexibility and elasticity, can be used to insulate the foundation from both the external and internal sides. "Technoelast Barrier Light", the outer layer of which is made of non-woven fabric, not only protects from moisture, but also simplifies the laying of ceramic tiles. Such material as "Technoelast EPP" is able to withstand any impact of the wet environment, even the most extreme, due to which it is successfully used in areas characterized by a high level of groundwater.

Roll roofing materials

The roll roofing is also represented by a number of types, differing in purpose and application conditions. Despite the differences in roll materials "Technonikol", the technical characteristics of each of them make it possible to guarantee high-quality waterproofing of the roof and its durability.

One of the most common in the application of roofing roll materials is Uniflex Technonikol. Technical characteristics of this universal and easy-to-use material with success allow using it in different climatic zones for waterproofing any roofs and modern building structures. The basis of the waterproofing sheet is polyester or fiberglass, which are impregnated with a bitumen-polymer binder. The material is mounted by fusing to the base with a gas burner.

Depending on the scope and type of coating, there are two types of this material: "Uniflex K" and "Uniflex P". The first (K) is intended for use as a surface layer of a roofing carpet and has a coarse-grained sprinkling, which extends the life of the waterproofing material to a considerable extent, protecting it from the sun. With the help of Uniflex P, the lower carpet layer is made, as well as the waterproofing of building structures. The cloth is coated on both sides with a polymer film.

Types of lubricating waterproofing

"Technonikol" coatings are represented by mastics, primers, varnishes, emulsions and sealants, available in a fairly wide range. Building bitumen is used as a basis for the production of a significant part of this product.

The company produces two categories of bituminous mastics: hot and cold mastic "Technonikol". Technical characteristics of the products predetermine the methods of application and the scope of use of certain types of mastics. Hot mastics before application on an insulated surface are heated up to 180 degrees, cold - are applied at once.

Depending on the purpose, mastics of various types are produced: roofing, gluing, waterproofing, universal, etc. Among the most popular are the following:

  • "TechnoNikol" No. 21 (Technomast) is a composition characterized by increased strength and water resistance due to a modifying rubber additive. Fully ready for use. Used for the equipment of roofs of all kinds, as well as their repair, waterproofing of various building structures, processing of metal surfaces for the purpose of anticorrosive and waterproofing protection. For the waterproofing device, an average of about 3 kg of composition per 1 sq. Meter, mastic roof - from 3.8 to 5.7.
  • "Technonikol" №24 (MGTN) - fully ready for use bituminous mastic. Contains some technological additives, mineral fillers, and also a solvent. It is used for external waterproofing of various building structures. The consumption per square of the surface is on average no more than 1 kg.
  • Tekhnonikol No. 31 and No. 33 are ready-to-use water-based mastics that do not contain organic solvents, which makes it possible to use them for waterproofing indoors. In addition, they are used for the construction and repair of roofs, as well as for the purpose of waterproofing various building structures. Possibly both manual application and mechanized application.
