This is a good tale for the night about the bunny Step. Once upon a time there lived a bunny Stepan. He lived in a beautiful and green forest. Spring has come. Suddenly, his best friend, the hedgehog Borya , ran out of the bushes.

"And if I help you find a new home, will you remove your wall?"

Unexpected neighbors

The animals exchanged glances and went after the beaver. They went around a large wall and saw a whole city. Each resident was engaged in his own business: someone was chewing on branches, someone was building a dam. Some beavers simply lay under the sun, enjoying the sun's rays. No one paid any attention to the guests, and everyone continued to do their own business. As soon as the bear took the first step in their direction, all the beavers turned their muzzles to them. A branch crunched under the paw of the clumsy treacherous.

- Hello everybody! The bunny greeted Stepan warmly.

But before he could continue his speech, all the beavers seemed to have evaporated.

- Well, where are you ?! The hedgehog Borya cried in vain.

Nobody responded.

"Please, talk to us!" We will not harm you, "he once again tried to stop them.

"Although you've given us a lot of trouble building this dam on a creek," the bear grumbled.

From the trees the beavers' heads appeared. They looked at their friends in amazement.

- Yes! Because of your wall, all our residents have no water, and we all die if you do not remove it, "Vova, the bear, added louder.

"But if we remove our dam, then we'll die." We will lose our homes, "the leader entered into the conversation.

- We will help you find a new home! Exclaimed Stepan.

"Can you swear you'll do it?" Asked the beaver-chief, narrowing his already narrow eyes.

"Yes," they said in chorus.

Solution

And then they all started to work. Slowly and beavers, and our friends began to disassemble the dam. It was already the third hour of work, and the wall seemed not to decrease.

Help friends

Suddenly, a noise came from behind the dam. The next moment a crowd of animals came out from around the corner. In them, the bunny recognized his mother, father and little brother. Hedgehog saw his grandmother. And the bear was sad: he did not have a family, and his only friends were Stepa and Borya. Remembering how he really is lonely, the bear lowered his head, and a tear rolled down his hairy cheeks. Bunny turned to him and said:

- Hey, what are you doing?

"You all have a family." And I'm lonely. You are my only friends.

"The whole forest is your friends." You did so much for them! The bunny exclaimed hotly.

- Okay. Something we have become unstuck here, - the bear tried to cheer up. Apparently, he did it. Within a few minutes all the people of the southern forest, along with the beavers, dismantled the huge wall. An hour later the stream again ran along the stones down the slope, filling the lake with cool and clean water.

- Hooray!!! Cried all the beasts.

House for beavers

The beaver-chief approached Styop and said:

"You promised us a new home." Have you found it?

"I know one place," the bunny smiled.

The bunny took the whole beaver people to the lake. It was located separately from the stream, which was recently standing dry.

"It's a wonderful place!" - exclaimed with delight the beaver and together with the rest of the beavers began to build a new house.
