The instructions for use of the "Magnikor" preparation describe the role of acetylsalicylic acid in reducing the synthesis of prostaglandins belonging to class G and H. The duration of this action is observed even with the complete excretion of the active substance from the body. It is caused by the effect of acetylsalicylic acid on the formation of thromboxane in platelets. The clinical manifestation of this effect is longer bleeding.
