Mechanism of action

Thanks to this substance, anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic and antiplatelet effect is carried out. The main pharmacological action is associated with inhibition of the synthesis of prostaglandins and thromboxane. An additional analgesic effect is due to the inhibition of cyclooxygenase. The anti-inflammatory effect is due to the inhibition of the formation of prostaglandin E ₂ , which in turn reduces the intensity of blood flow.

The duration of this action is observed even with the complete excretion of the active substance from the body.
