Initially, the stadium was named after the Lenin Komsomol. However, it was in 1992 that it was renamed the "Star". Until now, this name has been preserved. As a result, he received the second category, which made it possible to hold international matches in the arena.

Features of the stadium

First of all, it should be noted that this stadium is a home stadium for two Russian teams - Amkar FC and Zvezda-2005. The first club is for men, and the second is for women. As for the stadium itself, 17,000 seats are divided into four stands. All seats are made of high-quality plastic and have a high level of comfort.

On the West Stand is a press box, capable of seating up to forty people. The field has a new lawn, which meets all the requirements of UEFA. It is also equipped with heating and irrigation systems. As already mentioned, the stadium has four stands. They are named on the sides of the world - North, South, East and West.
