Before you make a lemongrass, make a filling for it. First, put two lemons into boiling water for two minutes. Either grate on a small grater, or cut them very finely with a knife. Mix with 1.5 cups of sugar.

Divide the finished dough into two identical pieces and roll to the size of your baking tray. The pan must be covered with paper (for baking, no doubt) and put one layer of dough.
