This salad requires a half-kilo of chicken fillet (boiled, smoked or roasted), 100 grams less radish (if desired), three leaves of salad, one sweet pepper, garlic-three slices, salt, pepper, low-fat mayonnaise or sour cream. Cut the fillet along the strips, cut the leaves into large pieces, radish - in circles, straws - pepper. All the ingredients are mixed, salted, peppered. We make sauce from sour cream, greens, garlic and fill it with salad. Radish is used for decoration.

Salad with bell pepper and cheese

Here you will need 300 grams of chicken fillet and 300 grams of sweet pepper, 150 grams of fresh cucumbers and cheese (hard), dill, salt, mayonnaise.

In lightly salted water, cook until cooked chicken fillets and cut it into small cubes. Pepper mine, remove the seeds. And together with cucumbers and cheese cut into the same cubes as the chicken. All the ingredients, add the crushed dill, salted and dressed with mayonnaise.

Another salad with Bulgarian pepper and cheese

This time, the constituents are larger. We will need chicken, Bulgarian pepper, cheese, pineapple in the salad.

Cooked fillets cut into small cubes, as well as pre-boiled eggs. Cheese grind on a grater of a large section. Mix with chicken and eggs. The Bulgarian pepper, which has been washed and discarded from seeds, is partially cut into cubes (in salad), in part - by lobules (for decoration). A few rings of pineapple are also cut into cubes. Add to salad, salt, pour mayonnaise, mix. This dish is decorated with grated cheese, dill and preserved peppercorns. Ingredients are as follows: 250 grams of chicken fillet, 300 grams of cheese, seven eggs, sweet pepper, three ringlets of pineapple (canned food), 100 grams of mayonnaise, salt, sprigs of dill.

Salad "Revnivets"

Very tasty and unusual salad: Bulgarian pepper, cheese, chicken successfully combined with a whole set of additional ingredients. Preparation of meals in stages.

  1. Croutons: 2 slices of a loaf cut into cubes with a border of 1,5 sm; 30 ml of lean oil mixed with 1 slice of garlic, olive oil and salt to taste. Pieces of bread to put in a container for baking, pour sauce, mix - and into the oven, heated to 160 degrees. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Periodically mix.
  2. Cheese balls: to 40 grams of feta cheese add chopped dill, crushed garlic (1 tooth), half a teaspoon of basil. It is good to mash with a fork. And then to make balls with your hands.
  3. Dressing: we mix a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise, one - soy sauce, pressed chives and juice from 3 slices of mandarin.
  4. The main parts of the salad: chop the chicken fillet along the strips, salt, pepper, sprinkle with sesame and fry over high heat, often turning over. Fine to tune 70 grams of Peking cabbage, and chopped one pepper with straw.
  5. The result: mix cabbage, a couple of spoons of corn, finely chopped onions (20 g), Bulgarian pepper, chicken, put on a plate, on top - cheese balls and croutons. All water the dressing. Delicious salad with Bulgarian pepper and cheese, vegetables, spices and other tricks ready!
