In general, according to Ruslan Bayramov himself, he intended to create a center focused on the education of children, in order to familiarize and familiarize them with the culture and traditions of the peoples of the world, of which there are a great many. In the "Ethnomir" built buildings, once part of the life of the Slavs, Ukrainians, Japanese, Turks, Azerbaijanis, Indians and others. Now about 400 people work in the cultural and educational center "Ethnomir", of which more than 150 permanently reside in the center.
