In addition, together with vegetables, you can take finely chopped mushrooms, and add a spoonful of soy sauce to the porridge, and then extinguish everything for a few minutes under the closed lid. Another option for fans of mushroom taste will be the addition of dry mushrooms in the water along with the croup.

In addition, it is important to know how to boil buckwheat with milk. Of course, you can add milk to the ready-made porridge and put it on the table. However, cooked on milk, buckwheat has a special, unique taste. For this, a glass of buckwheat takes half a liter of milk. It is placed on the fire until boiling, after which it pours croup, sugar to taste (you can do without it), and the dish is put on a small fire. Cooked porridge for about 20 minutes, after which it is covered for some time with a lid. Milk should not fully boil off to the time when buckwheat will be removed from the plate. If it does, you can add some water. This will allow the porridge not to burn to the bottom of the dishes. Buckwheat and milk are filled with a small piece of butter. You can serve such a porridge on the table with jam or jam.

You can boil porridge on a fruit broth with the addition of crushed fruits and berries. To do this, the frozen or fresh berries bring to a boil in a small amount of water, after which they are removed, and the liquid to fill in the prepared croup. Five minutes before the porridge is ready, add the crushed berries and sugar to taste.
