Not at all, they are the same workers, like all of us, only each has its own function, and this must be understood. Sometimes you can observe the rudeness towards promoters and obvious disrespect, and this is very offensive, but the real employees hold on and continue to carry out their duties. Just do not pay attention to everyone. Who knows, maybe some of them will have to work in this sphere. The main thing is mutual respect for each other, and it does not matter what this person is doing at a certain moment in his life.
