Exceptions

Examination is not carried out for such facilities, if they are built not at the expense of budgetary funds.
  3. Multi-apartment buildings, the number of floors in which no more than three, if they were built not on budgetary funds. In this case, they should consist of block-sections (one or several), the number of which is not more than four. Each of them provides for several apartments and common premises, a separate entrance with access to the adjacent territory.
  4. Separately located capital objects with a height of no more than 2 fl., With a total area of up to 1.5 thousand square meters. M, not intended for production and living of people. An exception is provided for structures that are, according to Art. 48.1 GRK, especially dangerous, unique and technically complex.
  5. Separately located capital facilities, whose height does not exceed two floors, with a total area of up to 1.5 thousand square meters. An exception is provided for structures classified under Art. 48.1 ГрК, to technically complex, especially dangerous or unique.

Adjustment

Additional requirements

Yurlitsa, listed in part 4, 43, 49 of the GRK article, can not perform non-state examination of the documentation, if they have also prepared it.
