Length of profile pipe

A rectangular shaped pipe can have different lengths. At the same time, this figure can be a dimensional one, which provides for the equality of a certain segment, or excessive, which implies finding parameters within the segment. And it does not matter what form the final product will have, the dimensions of the product from this will not change. The minimum length is equivalent to 4 m, while the maximum value is 12.5 m.

Dimensions of cold-rolled pipes

The length of such pipes, which are made in the form of dimensional segments, varies from 4, 5 to 11 cm. And the length of cold-rolled products made in the form of non-dimensional segments varies from 1.5 to 9 meters.

Dimensions of welded profile pipes

The profile galvanized pipe can be welded. At the first stage, a sheet measuring blank is formed, which is separated from the steel sheet. Then the bent elements are formed from the billet, and then the weld is welded. The process uses inert gas or induction melting. Oval tubes with oval section

In addition to square and rectangular products, by means of a welded production, it is possible to manufacture oval pipes. Their dimensions are determined by GOST 8642-68. According to this document, pipes can be found on the market, the sizes of which vary from 16x10 to 90x32 mm. The wall thickness of such a product is not more than 2.5 millimeters, as for the minimum value, it is equal to 1 millimeter.

Cost of a profile square tube

If you are interested in a profile pipe, the price of this product should interest you. For one running meter of a pipe, square section, with a side of 15 millimeters will have to pay 94 rubles. Weight of 1 running meter at the same time is 0.57 kg. If we are talking about a more impressive section in 20x20, for it we have to pay 147 rubles / running meter. The thickness of the wall will be 1.5 millimeters, the weight of the running meter is equivalent to 0.95 kilograms. The profile pipe 40 * 40 at a wall thickness of 1.5 millimeters is 296 rubles per running meter. With an increase in the wall to 2 millimeters, the price rises to 377 rubles.
