Nothing restricts you in your actions, so you get an incredible lot of fun from the game. But it's best to start the process with certain knowledge, as this will make your life in the post-apocalyptic world much easier. The first thing to look closely at in Fallout: New Vegas is the weapon. It's not just a lot here, it's unrealistic, and you'll spend dozens of hours trying to find each of the samples. To consider each of them separately does not make sense, because there are actually more than hundreds of options - with this you will become acquainted in the process of the game. Now the main task is to understand what weapons in this project are.

Firearms

The first and most extensive group of weapons is firearms. His game is the most, and you will use it most often. However, in Fallout: New Vegas, weapons of this kind are so diverse that it is subdivided into several subspecies so that you can more easily navigate in it. The first is pistols, the simplest weapon that you will most easily be able to obtain. Further in one group are united rifles, carbines and automatic weapons, - one of the most popular weapons among firearms. For fans of ambushes and long-range shooting there is a fairly wide range of sniper rifles. There are also submachine guns for those who like firing, and fighting and hunting rifles for those who prefer firepower at short distances. And even on this list does not end - there is also a heavy firearm, which includes a variety of machine guns, mini-guns and so on. Energy weapons

Those who want to fight in a futuristic style, rather than the old-fashioned gunshot, this game can offer energy weapons. It needs to be charged not with cartridges, but with a special energy battery, which you will have to constantly search in the open spaces of the world of Fallout: New Vegas. Weapons belonging to this type are also divided into several subspecies, which, however, are much smaller than in the case of firearms. In fact, there are only three of them - pistols, rifles and heavy weapons. But in each of them there are approximately twenty units of different models, so you will have what to choose from if you want to move from firearms to clean energy. There is one way to add a fashion weapon to Fallout: New Vegas. But, as it was said before, there are so many models of different weapons in the game that you will not have time to think about modifications - you will have enough of that set that developers offer.

Explosives

Of course, in this game there is also a weapon capable of causing impressive explosions. Even it is divided into several groups, each of which is very different from the others. The first group is grenade launchers, special weapons, which allows you to shoot explosive shells. The second group is hand weapons, that is, those grenades that you can throw yourself, without the use of additional devices. Well, the third group - it's mines, explosive shells, which you lay in the ground, fix on the walls and so on. They work when the enemy is in close proximity to them. As you can see, even in this section there is a huge variety of weapons - and think about the fact that there is a unique weapon in Fallout: New Vegas, which is found only in a single copy. Steel arms

Many fights in the game will occur at close range, and you may not have a suitable firearm or energy weapon. It is then that cold arms will come to your aid, which, moreover, does not consume ammunition or energy. Here you can select cutting models, percussion, and throwing - and in each subspecies there are quite a few models that you can use.

Hand-to-hand weapon

At first glance, this section may seem quite strange, because hand-to-hand combat is so called just because it does not use any weapons. But in fact, everything is quite logical, because in this section there are a variety of gloves, bandages, brass knuckles and other items that can increase your impact by hand. You also need to have such weapons with you in case you run out of ammo, break down cold weapons and run out of explosives. But do not think that these items are only urgent, but in fact have low damage rates. The same Ballistic Fist deals more damage than most models of bladed weapons. Therefore, do not underestimate hand-to-hand weapons - it will be useful to you in certain situations.

Cheats for weapons

As you can see, the weapons in the game are incredibly many. In each of the species and subspecies described above, there are ten to thirty weapons. But how to get the desired object, if you are not particularly lucky or you do not want to spend a hundred hours of your life? Naturally, there are codes for Fallout: New Vegas, you can get weapons with them easily. In the game, you will need to call the console with a tilde, and there already need to enter the code that you need. In the case of weapons, the code is generic - "additem ID number", where instead of ID you need to enter the number of the object you need, and instead of "quantity" - the number of items that you need.
