Pond in the Country Plot

To make a deep pond in the country, you can use a plastic or metal barrel. With plastic it is much easier to work, it does not rot, it is not traumatic, it is easy to cut. A metal barrel can be dangerous on cut edges. But there is a solution to this problem too. For example, the edges can be closed with a rubber hose, and no one will cut them.

Now in any hardware store there are polymeric tanks, designed specifically for the production of reservoirs. Of these, you can easily make a reservoir in the country on your own. For such ponds, the trench is digging to the size of the container, below is a sand cushion. The next step is the installation of a plastic container and backfilling, filling the pond with water and decorating the pond.
