Someone considers relaxed behavior in the marital bedroom as debauchery and immoral behavior, and someone - the norm.

Surprising is the fact of using this concept in medical practice, where vice is an abnormal deviation from a certain rate of development of vital organs and systems.

Well-known is the phrase "heart disease". This is exactly the case when the notion of vice gets the opposite meaning to "classical" meaning. Cardiologists divide the vices of the main organ into congenital, incompatible with life and congenital, but operable.
