Paintings of Sergei Andriyaka. Continuation of traditions of the best Russian masters

The world that the artist Andriyaka Sergey Nikolaevich sees and captures is amazing. This is rural and urban landscapes, still lifes. They amaze with the freshness of the perception of familiar, familiar objects, which, under the artist's brush, acquire poetry, lyricism and special charm. First, consider an unusual still life.

In the magical world of ancient knowledge

Before us appeared two decrepit, many times read books, which repeatedly thumbed the hands of many readers. They thought about the meaning of the sages written.

Here and now someone left the books open in the most interesting places and tries to move away from thinking about what has been read. The candle remained burning, soon the seeker of knowledge will return to them and start to think again about what their authors wanted to say. The reader stayed long after midnight. Not only is the technical skill with which the sheets and covers of books are written out, the brass of the candlestick, the softness of the velvet tablecloth, which the table is casually laid out, but mostly the warm golden brown color, the play of light on the velvety surface and the deep sirenovato-pink colors that Fill the right side of the picture. Their glare goes to the dark background and connects the two halves of Sergei Andriyaka's picture.

Brief biography of the artist

Sergei Andriyaka was born in 1958. His first teacher was Father Nikolai Ivanovich. He graduated from the school and the Art Institute. Surikova, mastered all the technical capabilities of the profession, but at some point realized that watercolor can do anything. Its technical characteristics are incomparable with modern oil paints, the composition of which is very poor. In St. Petersburg, watercolors are made by hand, according to recipes, which have been preserved for at least two hundred years. Therefore, Sergei Andriyaka's paintings will be preserved for a very long time.

In his large family, six children were born. Anna, the eldest, is engaged in design, the son of Fyodor is economics and technology. Liza is 17 years old, and she studies, 12-year-old Sonya has not yet shown inclinations, but the youngest-Masha-draws and molds for hours.

Sergei Andriyaka has many awards, he held over five hundred solo exhibitions. He also takes part in international exhibitions that take place on all continents of the earth. Pictures of Sergei Andriyaka are in private collections and museums around the world. Let's see the Russian landscape.

Winter in the city

The artist does his works both from nature and memory. Usually Sergei Andriyaka's paintings are written without a preliminary drawing in pencil, so hard is his hand and such tenacious memory. The witchcraft of the Russian winter, which snowed a cozy mansion behind a figured fence, we see on the urban landscape. Very thin transitions from white snow to grayish-golden scale of the house and its openwork fence. A beautifully low sky, on which clouds can not be seen, but which is about to fill the earth with fresh white flakes. This is not a mechanical photograph, but the energy of the artist, who switched to his work. Here a fleeting state is transmitted, which in a few hours in life, perhaps, will not be.

Andriyaka: watercolor school

In 1999, S. Andriyaka opened the public school of watercolor. There are a few students in it, but they are all taught to draw not according to wet paper, as it is most often accepted, but multilayered. There is a staff of teachers whose workshops are located next to the classes. Why such a successful artist, like Andriaka, the school of watercolor? He himself believes that the most important thing in his life is teaching. To spread such complex art as multilayer watercolor, the school created applied classes. They teach painting on porcelain, miniature enamel, a combination of watercolors and engraving. The school has a museum and exhibition center. It shows the work of students and their teachers. Since the school took place as an educational institution, and it comes to study, S. Andriyaka did not stop there, but created the Academy of Watercolors. She tops school as a higher artistic education. Teaching is the same as in school, passed from hand to hand. The teacher communicates to the pupil all his experience, which he has.

Autumn landscape

Now we offer to admire the delightful autumn day, which S. Andriyaka wrote. The colorful scale of the picture perfectly conveys the gradual withering of nature before winter. Still green on bushes, the grass is still green, but they are already "eaten" by low-creeping fogs.

The main charm and composition center of the picture are tall trees reaching to the sky, from which the wind has not yet taken away the golden leaves.

Why the school of S. Andriyaka was recognized

For seventeen years of work in it has passed to half a thousand exhibitions. In the school of watercolors in permanent exposition there are works written by Sergey Andriyaka. The exhibition runs all days of the week, except Monday and Tuesday. At exhibitions you can see the painting of contemporary artists and painters of past centuries. "Magic Watercolors" can be visited using an audio guide.
