Oleg Kostarev: biography and photos

In the city of Sol-Iletsk, located in the Orenburg region, there is one of the special regime colonies for prisoners who will have to be punished to the end of their days. "Black dolphin," as it is called, was the last refuge for violent criminals who lost their human face, those who simply can not live among normal people.

The prison for the most terrible intruders, turned into monsters, literally this word, is surrounded by a settlement colony, where less dangerous criminals serve their term. This arrangement gave the "Black dolphin" the unofficial name "zone in the zone". More than 700 maniacs, murderers and terrorists are held in its walls, and all their crimes account for about four thousand deaths. Among those who spend the rest of their lives here, the youngest prisoner is a terrorist Oleg Kostarev, nicknamed Koster.

Childhood and the family of the future demoman

In the spring of 1986, on April 25, a boy named Oleg Vladimirovich Kostarev was born. He was born in Glazov, the Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in a prosperous Soviet family. His father Vladimir Valeryevich headed the city water canal, was engaged in parliamentary practice, being a representative of the municipal formation of the city of Glazov, "Kozhilskoye." Mother of Oleg Kostarev Galina Kostareva has devoted her life to teaching. Her place of work was the physics and mathematics lyceum, where Oleg himself studied.

Hobbies

He grew up like an ordinary tomboy: he was fond of computer games, went to the boxing and karate section. And he was crazy about pyrotechnics, which at the time of his growing rapidly was gaining popularity among the inhabitants of Russia. Liked shooting, so with great pleasure I went to training in shooting range. At one time seriously engaged in kickboxing, wushu and other martial arts. He mastered the technique of knife fighting.

In 2003, having passed the entrance exams, entered the Russian Chemical and Technological University D. I. Mendeleyev in the capital. Oleg Kostarev, whose biography could have evolved differently, chose the path of a terrorist, accompanied by a series of fatal acquaintances and unexplained acts.

Meet new people in Kostarev

After a year of training at a Moscow university, in the fall of 2004, Oleg Kostarev met Alexander Hinevich, who was the creator and leader of the religious community of Old Believers. Among the supporters, he was better known as Kolovrat. The idea of the Ingling community organized by him is homeland, in other words, the revival of the ancient Slavic rites for the purpose of spiritual purification.

Hinevich was repeatedly brought to criminal responsibility for inciting racial hatred, demonstrative wearing of Nazi symbols and other similar acts aimed at agitation to extremism. Kostarev took part in fights and mass clashes of the Nazi organization, in whose ranks consisted, against the non-Russian population living on the territory of the capital.

Terrorist organization "Spas"

At the end of winter 2006, Khinevich introduced Oleg Kostarev to Nikolai Korolev, who was the leader of the extremist organization Spas. A native of Moscow in his circles was known as Nikola or 55th. Kostarev joined the radical group Korolev and already in the beginning of the summer of the same year he was admitted to the detachment of the demolitions of the organization on special conditions, that is, he got access to the radioactive substances of the terrorist organization and became deputy to the founder of the group.

Terrorist act in the capital

On August 21, 2006, an explosion took place in the capital's clothing market, which killed 14 people, among the dead there were two young children. The number of victims as a result of the terrorist act exceeded 60 people. The culprits and the immediate organizers of the explosion at the Cherkizovsky market were members of the extremist radical group Spas: Korolev Nikolai Valentinovich and Kostarev Oleg Vladimirovich. Both are sentenced to life imprisonment and serve their term in IR-6 Black Dolphin. The decision was made by the Moscow City Court on May 15, 2008. Kostarev was convicted on 7 articles of the criminal code of the Russian Federation.

The cells in the correctional institution are 2 by 2 meters. The prisoners are held there by two, they are selected according to a personal psychotype. If there are conflict situations, then the rebels are immediately resettled. Every offender in the colony has the right to receive treatment, food, walks, reading books and distance learning.

Work is allowed only a few, which are carefully selected with psychological tests and other tests. One place in the sewing shop can claim up to 100 prisoners. Each nook in the prison does not remain without video surveillance. Thinking about the fact that in this place the most notorious villains are gathered, one involuntarily asks the question: "Are their lives worth such a humane attitude?". According to the director of the "Black Dolphin", criminals, on the contrary, repent more in their deeds, feeling human treatment and surviving the rest of their lives in quite comfortable conditions. Perhaps, not an exception is Oleg Kostarev, whose photo is below.

They even cure drug addiction. Conditions for keeping criminals are so sterile that they do not suffer from influenza and other viral diseases. More recently, the statistics of lifelong prisoners showed a disappointing result: many of them went crazy. Now this happens very rarely. Do these people deserve this attitude? For those who suffered from the hands of intruders, such a question remains open.

Oleg Kostarev on the terrorist attack and hope of liberation

According to Kostarev himself, there are a lot of shortcomings in his case, and he certainly wants to challenge the court's decision. For this, the terrorist plans to obtain a diploma of a lawyer, to undergo distance education. He does not fully admit his guilt in this matter, assuring himself that he did not plan a terrorist act, but simply wanted to intimidate the owner of a market cafe with whom he had a conflict.

Kostarev also says that if he wanted to make an explosive device for mass murder, he would certainly do it, because with such substances he was "on you" for quite a long time. "We just wanted to intimidate the owner of the cafe," he said at the trial, referring to himself and Nikolai Korolev. Is it worth believing a man who himself planted a self-made bomb in a place of mass gathering of people and brought it to execution at rush hour? Did he not think about the consequences that might lead to an explosion?

By the way, in 2012 Kostarev filed a cassation appeal to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation. There he asked to cancel the verdict and review the case, calling for new witnesses who had not previously taken part in the trial. The essence of the request: let the bride of Oleg Kostarev act as his defender. The court dismissed the complaint, considering the reasons given in it as unsatisfactory.

Refusal of Kostarev's parents to comment

After the terrorist act in Moscow, which occurred on the Cherkizovsky market, many activists wanted to find Oleg Kostarev's mother. How to do this, they did not know, but certainly wanted to call to account her and the demolition father. Kostarev's parents flatly refused to comment on the situation, and the public could not calm down for a long time, complaining about the family's refusal to participate in the discussion that even in a prosperous family a ruthless criminal could grow up.
