OJSC "Murom Radio Plant": history, products, director

Murom Radio Plant develops and manufactures equipment for the Navy, civil shipbuilding, air defense and air defense troops, the Ministry of Emergencies, railway transport, industrial enterprises and urban infrastructure facilities. It is located in the Vladimir region, the city of Murom.

Description

The Murom Radio Plant has been the leading enterprise in the domestic market for radio equipment for more than 70 years. MRZ produces alarm systems, operational communications, alerts, radios. Thanks to the renewal of the Russian Navy, there is also an increase in the production of equipment.

Priority directions of activity of the Ministry of Education and Science remain scientific and technical developments and production:

• Digital communication complexes (CCS);
• Loud-speaker communication (GHS);
• Products for the fleet;
• Dynamic simulators (dynamic platforms);
• Digital souvenir receivers and media centers of the "Retro-Muromets" series.

Made in Russia

The peculiarity of production is the priority use of radio components of Russian manufacturers. According to the director of the Murom Radio Plant, DA Palguev, the enterprise has been producing products all the years of its existence exclusively on the domestic element base.

According to the leadership, it is impossible to use critical components of foreign production in military equipment, because the use of imported components puts the production cycle in dependence on the international situation. Thanks to such a principled position, the imposition of sanctions did not actually affect the output of this enterprise.

The main directions of the work of the MPH are:

• Manufacturing of various electrical and radio engineering products.
• Production, sale of consumer goods.
• Realization of radio engineering goods.
• Production and repair of small-scale mechanization equipment, tools and equipment.
• Manufacturing of metal structures.
• Implementation of construction, repair and construction and installation works.

Production

The Murom Radioworks, one of the main lines of work, considers serial production of the complex of the digital operational command telephone and loud-speaking communication KTS-01CS intended for use in the stationary and mobile facilities of the Ministry of Defense. Today the company produces 30 modifications of the complex.

For installation on ships and coastal control objects, a unified complex of loud-speaking communication and broadcasting "Oblik" was developed. Its devices can work in conjunction with the system-wide backbone Ethernet links. The tests of the equipment for battery-free communication "Almaz" are completed. Now the product is being launched into batch production.

The plant is also increasing the nomenclature of civil purpose. Among the novelties of civilian products are:

• Retreproduktory;
• Installation for broadcasting on the Ryis-M railway transport, providing passengers with music, video and information support;
• Digital all-wave scanning radios of the Bylina series;
• A series of translational amplifiers;
• New models of loudspeakers.

Murom Radio Plant: General Director

The head of the enterprise administration is determined solely by the Board of Directors of the OJSC for a period of up to 5 years. At the moment, Palguev Dmitry Anatolyevich, born in 1964, is in charge of the plant's manager. At the same time, the general director may not be on the Board of Directors, his powers are limited. The competence of the head includes:

• Operational management of the JSC "Muromsky Radio Plant";
• Disposal of property;
• Representation of the interests of the enterprise in negotiations, conferences, meetings, etc .;
• Approval of the staffing table, application of incentive measures and penalties;
• Determination of the terms of remuneration of labor, amount of official salaries, allowances to them and additional payments;
• Approval of managers and specialists of structural units;
• Carrying out of an estimation and certification of experts of structural divisions;
• And also within the limits of their competence the publication of orders, orders and instructions, etc.

Development

Murom Radioworks constantly modernizes production facilities, increases labor productivity, increases energy efficiency of production, expands and improves the product range. The technical level of the plant's capacities and high-tech equipment (laser complex, vertical lathes with CNC, vertical bending presses, injection molding machines, lathe-milling machines) allow to carry out orders for metalworking, production of metal covers, manufacturing and repair of technological equipment for outside enterprises.

For a number of companies, MBZ for many years is the largest buyer of services and components, providing the work of its partners. The issue of creating a laser center within the framework of the program of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the basis of the enterprise is being worked out, which interested companies could use the services.
