New Temple of Archangel Michael in Tsaritsyno will be!

The construction of many new churches in Moscow became possible due to the request of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill to the city authorities. The city administration in 2009 approved the development of spiritual infrastructure and provided free land for the construction of church complexes. One of the two hundred new sanctuaries was the Church of the Archangel Michael in Tsaritsyno.

History of erection

With the blessing of Archpriest Mikhail Shmanov, it was decided to hand over the temple chapel to the new parish. Priest Father Peter Vinokurov, under the tutelage of which crossed the Church of Archangel Michael in Tsaritsyno, on behalf of the whole parish expressed deep gratitude for such a generous gift. The chapel, as planned, was installed at 11 Luganskaya Street. Father Mikhail also started from scratch in his day. Therefore, he understands the difficulties of the new parish. Once, in order to start religious activity faster, he, along with the believers, bought and installed a large military tent. She became his first church. People ordered church utensils and brought icons to start a divine service as soon as possible.

Now on the Shipbuilding Street stands a beautiful stone church. And his first temporary shelter was decided to sacrifice to those who need it most. The Church of Archangel Michael in Tsaritsyno acquired his first chapel, and people - a spiritual shelter.

After all the necessary preparations, Father Peter asked the Blessed Patriarch to bless to hold the Divine Liturgy. Meanwhile, parishioners of Lugansk each Sunday at fourteen hours gather for a prayer.

Ministry and spiritual events

On March 7, the first service was held in the Temple of Archangel Michael. It was conducted by Metropolitan Arseny. He also consecrated the crosses of the new house of God. Now every Sunday there is a moleben in the church, and on Saturday (at seventeen) the evening is scheduled.

Features of construction

The place for the spiritual center is chosen very well. Near the metro station and a large sleeping area of the city, also in the plans for the opening of the bus station. Proceeding from the above, the Church of St. Michael the Archangel will be very in demand, and the number of parishioners will increase steadily.

The program, which will be built around two hundred churches, is designed to have at least twenty thousand people in one parish and they will live no more than 1 kilometer from the church. On February 23, 2014, a cross was solemnly installed on a small piece of land (0.39 ha). And the first prayer service was held.

Summer is coming to an end, and autumn and winter colds will follow. Archpriest Peter Vinokurov has a great desire to create a more fundamental building before the arrival of winter.
