The market of compressor equipment in Russia is huge. From well-known brands to "dark horses" collected in garages. At the same time, the cost of equipment and their technical characteristics are so vast that it is quite difficult for a person unfamiliar with this technique to navigate the whole mass of compressor equipment.
Not so long ago the well-known German manufacturer of screw compressors "RENNER-Kompressoren" began to make its way to the Russian market, with quite interesting technical solutions.
Given the rapid growth of interest, this equipment deserves a detailed review.
The company "RENNER Kompressoren" begins its journey from the beginning of the 90s. Due to the company's policy aimed at the low cost of servicing the screw compressor and the highest quality of products. Compressors brand RENNER today can be rightly called the leaders of the German market, and a very strong player in the Russian market.

Let us pass to a review of the proposed models in Russia.
The basic series is marked "RS", compressors with a power from 3 to 355 kW. The production capacity is from 0.24 to 53 m3 / min. At the same time, the maximum operating pressure is up to 15 atm., On the whole line of compressors. An interesting technical solution is the automatic belt tensioner, which undoubtedly affects the energy efficiency of the equipment, minimizing the slippage of stretched belts on the pulleys. "RSDK" is a series of compressors, on an air receiver, with a desiccant.

Decision with the desiccant is worthy of attention. Unlike other manufacturers, the desiccant on this model is not built-in, it is hung on the rear panel of the compressor. That allows at any time to remove the dehumidifier (carry out maintenance), while the compressor can continue to work.

Quite an interesting series, connecting two high-grade compressors in one housing and one control system. Compressors of the RS-T series have two screw blocks, each screw unit has its own electric motor and control system (two compressors in one). This solution increases the maximum capacity of the twin compressor, compared to a compressor having a single screw unit.

Due to the fact that each screw module has its own electric motor and control system, each unit can work independently, while the second one is in the "stand-by" mode. In some cases, the RS-T series compressor will be more efficient than the compressor with a frequency converter. Compressors are started in turn, thereby reducing peak loads on the mains. Switching between compressors allows you to achieve a balanced load. Depending on the consumption of compressed air , one or both compressors may work.

Now the consumer of compressor equipment is even more difficult to choose.
