Traditionally, dumplings are dumplings made from unleavened dough. This dish is very popular in the Czech Republic, Ukraine and Poland. The recipe for dumplings can include a wide variety of ingredients: potatoes, cottage cheese, fish, etc. They can be added to soups, served with meat, and also used as an independent dish, watering with oil, jam, condensed milk, sour cream.
Necessary ingredients: 200 g of kefir, 500 g of flour, a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of soda. For the filling you need 100 g of butter, garlic and one chicken.
Preparation

Necessary ingredients: two eggs, 500 grams of cottage cheese, a glass of flour, three tablespoons of butter, 60 g of sugar, a little salt.
