Traditionally, dumplings are dumplings made from unleavened dough. This dish is very popular in the Czech Republic, Ukraine and Poland. One by one lower them into boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes with a little fire.

Recipe dumplings from cottage cheese

Necessary ingredients: two eggs, 500 grams of cottage cheese, a glass of flour, three tablespoons of butter, 60 g of sugar, a little salt.

Blender cottage cheese with a blender. It can also be wiped through a large sieve or scrolled through a meat grinder. Add a pinch of salt, eggs, melted butter and sugar. Mix everything. Pour the sifted flour and replace the dough. It should not get too dense. Separate small pieces from the dough, place them on a flour-poured table and roll them into the sausage. Cut it diagonally to make small diamonds. Galushki boil in salted, boiled water. From time to time, stir them with a spoon. After the dumplings come up, cook them for another three minutes, and then turn off the stove. Transfer the dish to a plate and pour well with butter. Serve for dinner, you can with sour cream.
