Despite the fact that the main ingredient is mushrooms, recipes for cooking in mushroom sauces are different, and you can serve them to a huge range of dishes - potatoes, meat, fish, pasta and even vegetables. Let's begin the list of recipes with a story about how to make mushroom sauce with cream - one of the most common types of mushroom sauce.
Mushroom sauce with cream and cheese
3 large tablespoons of butter should be melt in a saucepan, then add 200 grams of fresh mushrooms cut and fry just half a minute. Then you need to add 1 slice of garlic crushed, one and a half cup of cream, 1 spoon of a scraped lemon peel, a little pepper and nutmeg. All this fry for 2 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of shabby cheese and continue for a couple of minutes on a fire.
Mushroom sauce with cream and carbonate

First we boil 300 g of spaghetti according to the instructions. Then we prepare mushroom sauce with cream. For him, we need to cut and fry 2 onions and 2 cloves of garlic. Then add to them 500 g of finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the liquid completely evaporates, and then pour 200 ml of cream onto the frying pan (can be replaced with sour cream). Solim, sprinkle with pepper and seasonings to taste. When the cream is boiling, steaming them for 5 minutes. And remove from the fire. Spaghetti is applied to plates and poured with sauce. Top with sprinkled chopped dill and parsley.
Mushroom sauce for meat
