Meat is cut into cubes. Onion finely crumbles. To the meat, add salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Add the onions. All this fits into the bowl for cooking rice (it is included in the set of each steamer). Water is poured into the tray. Set the time - 15 minutes.
During this time, you must prepare the sauce. For this, beer and wine vinegar are mixed. The mixture is brought to a boil and poured into meat. After that, the dish is prepared for about an hour.
