And since the weight will decrease, the figure will become slimmer, then the desire to consolidate the success by at least small physical exercises will appear by itself.

For example, you can use this diet option. Two hundred grams of meat from poultry, lean pork, and fish can be fried, but only with the use of olive oil, then a little put out. Vegetable salad cook separately. In it you can include tomatoes, boiled eggs, and all this is filled with the same olive oil. Salt to try not to use, and if you can not do without it, it is allowed in very small quantities. It is better to replace it with lemon juice. A drink from a dogrose very well will serve as a drink.

You can try and this option. Boil four hundred grams of pork, preferably lean, in unsalted water. This piece is divided into five equal portions. The garnish is also used for boiled vegetables - cabbage or beets. For a drink, tea is not strong and without sugar or a decoction of berries.

It should be remembered that meat is a heavy product for digestion. Therefore, the meat diet is not suitable for people who have serious problems with the digestive tract, as well as pregnant women and children.
