Now we will prepare the coloring composition. To do this, in a bowl, dilute one part of the blondorate and two parts of the oxidant. If you have thick and long hair, the mixture will need much more than for thin and short hair. Consider this. Stir the mixture thoroughly with a brush.

How to make a highlight at home on short hair

If your hair is short or medium length, you can make a marking with a cap. Put it on your head, and then use a hook to make a hole and draw a small bundle of hair through it, apply paint on it.

Do this evenly over the entire head. Now it will only be necessary to withstand the coloring agent on the hair for about 15-25 minutes, depending on whether you want the strands to be lighter.

It will be very problematic to color the hair of a long hair through the cap, so in this case it is best to use a foil:

• Divide all the hair into several bundles and fasten them with hairpins.
• Starting from the back of the head, separate the tail of the comb with a thin string, place under it a strip of foil, the length of which should be twice the length of your hair.
• Apply evenly to the stain of the dye composition, and then cover it with a free part of the foil.
• Do the same with the rest of the strands.

If you decide to conduct such a process of dyeing strands at home, know that everything needs to be done quickly and accurately. First, the dissolved coloring composition is immediately subject to application.

Secondly, try as quickly as possible to color all the strands, so that in the future they have the same color. Third, do not forget to put on gloves, and cover your neck with an old towel. The forehead and neck should be greased with a fat cream.

Fourth, do not keep the dyeing compound on your hair for very long. Here everything depends on the length and thickness of the hair.
