From the point of view of ecological purity, it is possible to call conditionally favorable location of LC "Talisman". Krasnodar is the largest transport hub and industrial center of the south of the country. There are many industrial enterprises, including the oil refinery, but all of them are located at a considerable distance from the LC. Ecological indicators in this case reduces only the nearby Yeisk Avenue. The area where the Talisman residential complex is being built has developed infrastructure. Near the LCD, in the house on Tikhaya Street, there are a pharmacy, a studio, a beauty salon, a language center created by the type of gymnasium, several shops and a supermarket "Magnet". Within a radius of 1000 meters there are two more schools, two kindergartens and a polyclinic. On the adjacent territory of the Talisman itself, the developer plans to create a recreation area, plant flowers and trees, and build a children's playground. The "Talisman" complex, according to the project, has a category of economy class. It is a single building of 17 floors. Among them are 15 floors of residential, one basement and one upper, technical. Their layout is very good, the rooms in the apartments are spacious and bright, the kitchens have an area from 10 to 13 m 2 , and the anterooms - from 4 to 7 m 2 . There are options for apartments where the bath and toilet are made combined, but there are many options and with a separate bathroom. Balconies are equipped with each apartment, but their shape and area are very different. In addition, there are options where the balconies are two (from the kitchen and the bedroom) or where the balcony is one, but large and with two entrances.

In the LCD "Talisman" the developer promises to rent out apartments with pre-finishing finishing. There will be a dry floor screed, all walls (interior and bearing) are plastered, plastic windows and radiators are installed, electric cables are wired, gas and water are supplied.

No work will be done on the plastering of ceilings (their height is 2.7 meters), installation of interior doors, plastering of walls in the bathroom and the bathroom. Glazing balconies are also not planned.
